The chicken on the chicken sandwich was so hard and crispy I couldn't eat it. It tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in weeks and the girl in drive thru was so rude.....

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy this establishment. Their loaded fries are delicious, and I must admit, I am quite fond of their nibblers meal. It's an ideal bite-sized option for those with a smaller appetite. The staff consistently provides friendly service, and the food is always prepared fresh. I have yet to encounter a negative experience here.

They suck. Ordered 10 pieces of chicken wings with nuclear sauce and small drink. Took one bite and walked out.$18 down the drain Today 12/5 at around 1:00 pm

Wish I could leave a 0 what kind of fast food restaurant closes at 9 pm this is the only location this stuff happens

There was no line up a the order menu... but we did wait for about 10 minutes (along with 4 other vehicles) to get the order.
The classic chicken sandwich was cold, and way over done to where it was dry and had a not great taste.
The chicken wrap was the wrong one and fell apart while trying to pick it up.
The fries were okay

i ordered a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with EXTRA bacon and EXTRA ranch got my food and there’s no cheese on it the chicken pieces are huge and a squirt of ranch and hardly any bacon this is ridiculous… now does this look like a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with extra bacon and extra ranch to you?

We live their chicken fingers! Hands down some of the best. However, the fries are bland with little seasoning and the coleslaw was not available. My husband loves the coleslaw and was quite sad they didn't have it. We will be back. I hope they have the coleslaw next time.

I ordered a kids grilled cheese. On half had 0 cheese. Every time I go to this zaxbys something is messed up. After the 4th incident they can have it. I'll go elsewhere.
