It's fast food, how good can it be? My real question is, how do you become a manager of ANYTHING and let your cashier do her job serving customers all night with a hickey on her neck? TRASH.

Not sure what has happened to our favorite Zaxbys but something has changed. Today my daughter and I stopped to have lunch and were very let down in service and the food. There was more talking amongst the workers going on then focusing on preparing and serving the customers. I hate I didn’t get a picture of her loaded fries before she ate but as you can see the cheese was cold because it didn’t melt or anything. Do better guys, this wasn’t the food or service that is typical at this location.

Pros: The iced tea was great, so were the fried mushrooms.
Cons: There were literally a dozen french fries. 12 Luke warm fries, and a dried out chicken tender sandwich with a splash of lettuce.

I took my fiance here since it'd been a while since we ate here, and overall everything was pretty tasty, the only thing I take points away is because their seasoning on the fries are very salty, it would be nice to have a non seasoned option. It took 3 ranch to finish most of the fries which I know without the seasoning, I could have finished them without throwing away some. But overall, it was very good.

I went through the drive thru.. I ordered a 5 chicken finger plate. Asked for spicy zach sauce.. I mentioned to the lady taking my order that the spicy zach sauce was important and they always forget it could she please make sure it was in my bag. She told me she was working the head set so she couldn't make sure it was in my bag
Crazy. But ok.. I also order a frozen lemonade . When I get to the window the girl with the head set greets me and tells me they don't have frozen lemonade so I ask for a coke. I said make sure you don't charge me for the lemonade. Well they did.. so a manager looking lady comes to the window and tells me there isn't anything she can do about the frozen lemonade they charged me for and didn't have . This place is wild
. And the customer service is piss poor..
And I only received 4 tenders.. ughhhh
