I wish I could give this place negative stars. Today was the second time I have cone here. The first time was for dinner, there was only 2 people working, we dined in and ordered 2 whopper meals. It took 28 minutes to receive our food. It was surreal. I swore I never would come back, but this morning, Dec. 14th. We went through the drive through, hoping drive through would be better. I had just finished a 12 hour shift. We placed our order at 6:16 am accordingto the receipt. While ordering, I asked what was on the burrito, the guy mumbled something, I explained I couldn't understand him and asked again. He very rudely said, I already told you. I ordered a burrito and French toast sticks, and my partner ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant meal. Order# was 79. We did not get our food till 6:38. The hashbrowns were cold, there was no syrup in the bag, and the French toast sticks were soggy, and the burrito had fallen apart. If I wasn't so exhausted, I would have demanded a refund. This place is absolutely horrible and the owners/managers need to address their employees service skills

They never have a good choice of fountain drinks, always out. When is the last time they cleaned the machine. Fries are not fresh , they where cold . Not nice

This burger king should go out of business. The staff doesn’t want to be there. I don’t know why I’ve given them a couple chances when I was let down each time. They’ve locked the doors during open hours while employees hang out inside, getting paid to not work. When they are open, the chicken is burnt yet cold. I’ve seen them take my burger patty out of a tub of water and place it on the bun. The place is filthy disgusting like they never clean. I honestly have no idea how they’re open. I am done giving them chances. With this location alone, I never want to go to any location ever again.

Being a food worker as well and noticing her lack of hygiene and unprofessionalism, I decided to cancel the rest of my order, she refused to refund me. Contacted corporate.
There’s a reason that most Burger Kings are closed around here. This one is just like the rest. Poor customer service. Just a bunch of people who wish they had a different job.

Absolutely ridiculous! Me and my girlfriend walked from the hotel to there less than a three minute walk and one of the employees jumped up, locked the door and said we’re closed… It’s 10 o’clock and they close at 11 and there was five people inside online and everyone of them cause a huge commotion! Never will I ever go to Burger King again because of this this disgrace!
