The service and workers here are 5 star. They are fast, polite, and professional. The food is usually fresh, however, sometimes the lettuce and spinach leafs are frozen/thawed. The facility is always clean and tidy.

I don't care for chain sub shops but they do have an okay product although some of their meat quality is not what I would eat all the time

nice, the meat there was made from dead aliens it was pretty good. I came out of there with 5 legs and 4 arms but other than that it was good.
very unclean, using the same gloves and knife for every order.
Super long line at lunch time.
It usually not too crowded, so they typically move pretty fast - which is good, since there's no drive-thru at this location.
