I went to the Cape Canaveral Wendy’s on Saturday 12/13, after ordering through their new computerized drive thru, I got to the window and the lady messed up my drink order. I told her it was wrong and she had a major attitude about it. I believe her name is “Tara” The manager fixed the issue as Tara still continued to be unprofessional with poor customer service. She then told me to pull up and had me wait for my food, she left me sitting there until I physically had to park my car and walk inside for it. She then, didn’t know I was standing at the counter and was laughing and talking about how I left without my food. I will never go back to this Wendy’s again after being treated so poorly. Tara cant even figure out how to make a drink order and be professional as an employee of a fast food restaurant. Poor customer service!

Got my order wrong the 1st time and it came out as quick as I could pull up to the window so tell me how fresh that could have been😝sent it back by the time I left my fries 🍟 were cold soft and greasy 🤮
This has got to be the best Wendy's restaurant in the nation!! The employees are so super accommodating & friendly. I changed my fries to a baked potato at the window. The woman cheerfully took care of me. The food was delicious. Drive thru was quick. Our last 3 trips here were wonderful and we highly recommend this restaurant at this location.

I have not been to this Wendy's. In years and boy do I remember why literally got into a argument with the manager? She calls herself Gina evidently. This Asian woman does not understand English. Got into a knock down, drag out argument over what I wanted. I haven't argued like that with anybody. And God knows how long crappy experience you should have got rid of this one with t. Remodel. Never ever ever again
