Have been going to Annie's for 20 plus years. We have not been down here to our place for 2 years and could not wait to go have a good breakfast. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE!!. Eggs were hard when ordered over medium. The potatoes were like griddle scrap with a ton of small burnt pieces. The owner brought more potatoes and the same was delivered with a lame excuse. The biscuits and gravy was horrible and then to top off an almost $40 breakfast for 2, we get 1 piece of toast that was cold and unmelted butter. Sad day, We will not be returning. Annie is rolling of this is what her namesake has become

I think anyone goes to Annie's knows this place is a staple and really another one of those nice neighborhood restaurants with a lot of regulars. The food is very good they recently remodeled it is my understanding and it looks nice but you can't beat the service the people are right on it. I seen the best best boy ever seen my life he worked harder than I've ever seen any other busboy work.

One of the best breakfast and lunch spots in Cape Coral. Great specials, solid menu, everything I have had has been done well. There is some wait time during peaks hours but expected. Parking is on the street mainly with only a few spots by the door. I highly recommend you try it out. Portions are good and price point is fair. Enjoy!
