I had to make a detour going home due to traffic and had to pass Arby's on the way. I had a long day so I decided to stop and grab my favorite Beef and Cheddar with some curly fries. The food was was very good but it seemed they had cut back on the Cheddar which makes the sandwich. Believe me I still enjoyed but I feel they should know change is not always a good thing.

All I know is. Is that Ms. Tracy A. is a STAR! I literally called to complain but her IMMEDIATE positive energy shifted me. She was HAPPY to fix the order that door dash messed up. (I have a sick kid at home so I was beyond frustrated.) She was kind. She was patient. And even when I called the store back to get her name, (her obviously busy) WAS still friendly, appreciative, and deserves the most praise. Or even a raise. THANK YOU FOR BEING A LIGHT ON A DARK DAY MS. TRACY💜
