The restaurant was sooooooooo cold it was a miserable visit! The food turned COLD sooo quickly because it was FREEZING inside! The MANAGER only cared that she was comfortable while everyone else was FREEZING eating cold food!

Disappointed... Had Cheddar Roast beef and was left wanting, not because of taste but for the lack of meat in the sandwich... Pic on wall showed sandwich had at least 4x the meat... I am done with this chain restaurant...

Went in at 7:30 PM on 2/9/24. There were 2 customers in line ahead of me. 2 younger female employees were standing with their backs turned to the customers waiting for the food to be replaced to correct an order that was screwed up. The girls stood there talking to each other for 4 or 5 minutes and never once turned around to see the 3 different customers waiting to order. They appeared to be having a great conversation. The manager walked by twice and never acknowledged the waiting customers and just looked at the girls standing around doing nothing. After about 5 minutes all of the customers waiting to order walked out. I thought Arby's was interested in making money by selling food. I guess I was wrong.
