Man! Why change something that’s, oh so good? New owners = nasty food. We would order from here at least once a week on door dash. Today was our last straw. Food was NOT to our liking what so ever. This will be our last order. We absolutely LOVED the old food and would rave about it to all our friends and family. Try Cubay for good Cuban food is cape, guys! Steer clear of here

Ordered sandwiches for take out. The flavor and the contents was not bad, but it was not great either. Just an unremarkable Cuban sandwich. The worse part is that they were just soaking wet in it's own vapor. They shoved them hot in brown paper bags instead of a styrofoam container or wax paper or whatever. Horrible! Malo muy malo. The service was great, but when I got home..I had wet bread for dinner. The same kind you feed to chickens. And these are not inexpensive sandwiches.

The Cuban sandwich was amazing, we got the ham croquettes as an appetizer and they came out warm and delicious. The coffee was also awesome, 10/10 spot

This place has gone downhill completely. We used to come here years ago under the old owners and it was amazing — now it’s the opposite.
Drinks took forever, the coffee was cold, and the food was unacceptable. The beef empanada tasted sour like spoiled meat, and the beef pastries were served cold. Even after reheating, they were barely edible. We waited 45–50 minutes for our food even though there were only two tables in the whole restaurant, and when it finally came, we weren’t given silverware until we asked. My family member’s omelet was so salty she couldn’t eat more than a couple bites.
Nobody ever checked on our table, and when we asked our coffee to be reheated it took another 10–15 minutes and arrived as we were leaving.
We had high hopes based on past experiences and recent reviews, but sadly we won’t be returning.
