I heard about Bahia Bowls from lots of friends so I wanted to try it. I went in and the staff weren’t to friendly.I got the “Summer Breeze Bowl” and it didn’t taste fresh. It honestly was like taking a spoon full of sugar in your mouth every-time you take a bite. Wasn’t good. The “fresh fruit” didn't taste fresh, it tasted like it was left sitting around and coated with sugar once again. I could only take so many bites until it just was disgusting. Disappointed.

This place is great for a nice, healthy, refreshing lunch or meal. I have Celiac disease, so my options are limited, but the staff are always happy to accommodate me by washing up and changing gloves. My usual order is the Acai Bowl, and it is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Bahia Bowls in Cape Coral if you're looking for a fresh fruity meal.Dietary restrictions: If you ask, they'll help out with your allergies or other issues if they can. I have Celiac disease which means I need to eat gluten free and I must treat it like an allergy. I've never had a bad reaction from a meal here.

I have a banana allergy and I asked for a bowl with no banana and I was more than pleased. Me and my husband always come in to get my bowl and it's always delicious. But yesterday I had to ask who made my bowl because it was the best bowl I ever had. I asked who blended the base since they have to make it special because of my allergy and I was told Bella made the base and someone else added the fruit. I 100% recommend. I love the way this business is allergy friendly.

This is a cute little spot to stop by if you're craving acai! I also liked that they had a good amount of other food options. There's some seating indoors which is great. The staff was kind and put together my order very very quickly! I ordered a small size of the Pitaya bowl. I feel that ingredients-wise, it was pretty standard. It was overall quite tasty so I was happy about that! The main setback was the price point in respect to the portion size. For the smallest size, it was surprisingly pricey. It wasn't unfortunately the most filling, but it was delicious!

Extremely rude staff. Gave me the wrong drink while I'm telling them I have an allergy... Arguing with me about it even. If I order a pitaya bowl and my drink is completely different for and taste like strawberry you should really not give me attitude about it.Second time I been here and the staff is just rude. Go to uhmazebowls way better service
