Speaking from experience working as a cook here, I do not recommend eating here. Many of the workers are rude and in my opinion, lots of the vegetables have already reached their expiration. A few of the workers have also claimed to see many roaches around the kitchen. The back of house has no sense of leadership and everybody is all over the place. I worked at big 10 for about 3 months and I was shocked to at how dirty the kitchen appeared

Well fell onto this place by accident and happy to have done so. The is a local place with cold drinks and good food. The waitstaff is friendly, laid back and on the ball. We asked what their top 3 favorites were and went with the suggestion of wings, Stromboli and club sandwich. All three very different but each were great. The servings are huge. The Stromboli was huge and stuffed with meat and cheeses. So good. If we lived here we would be regulars!

I'm here at tipoff to watch MSU vs Minnesota in the BIG TEN tournament. But the BIG 10 bar doesn't have the BIG TEN NETWORK!! that's just wrong! Change the name of your bar! Even their logo is almost the same as the Big Ten network yet this bar doesn't have it??? Ridiculous.

Poorest restaurant experience my family and I have had in a long time. We came specifically to watch a Big 10 basketball game. When we arrived, four of the televisons weren't working and only one was playing a Big 10 game- not the one we wanted. The others were all on infomercials. We asked for the game to be put on right away. It took thirty minutes to get on one television because they "couldn't find the remotes." When I got my entree, it was the wrong one, and only then did they tell me they were out of the primary ingredient. Our food was just okay. Our server was nice and apologetic but clearly very frazzled. We left at halftime.

I’m a regular patron to the Big 10 Tavern and a big fan however I was sitting at the middle section of the bar for 10 minutes with 5 bartenders and no one acknowledged me at all- nothing so I walked out and left and went to Duffys and got immediate service. Hi I will be with you would have gone a long way.

First tuesday in March.Food has always been good. Service was terrible. It was after dinner, so they weren't busy. We had to go to the bar for our own refills. The waitress was more involved and interested in a guy at the bar. The music was sooo loud we had to yell to each other at our table. No pre bussing our table. The atmosphere now is more like a Bob Evans. Won't be going back.

1st experience, not good. But, they were busy. A manager came to the table and compted our meal, because it was forgotten, in the oven and needed to be remade. We had to bring the food home. It was delicious! We will go back for sure!

Update: Even more unprofessional, Big 10 blocked me on Facebook. What a great way to take care of the issues in your building. Instead of trying to fix the problem, you get rid of loyal customers. The new manager, Dillon, is very unprofessional and blows up, gets very angry with his customers. He does not know how to contain his anger. Major attitude and cusses out customers of 7 years. We have been through the thick and thin of Big 10 and have always recommended them. We will no longer after the way we were treated tonight. You guys lost customers that comes 3+ times a week, and we will definitely be letting our friends know.

I was at Torched, not Big Ten Tavern. Torched has great burgers and a great assortment of IPA's!

Highly recommend anything with the cheese sauce!!! It's like a beer cheese and out of this world! Huge portions! You're gonna need a box!

We have been through the thick and thin of Big 10 and have always recommended them. We will no longer after the way we were treated tonight. It's still shocking to me, the look he had in his eyes and the way he yelled at us for asking a question.
