It’d be great if they could tell you about their hour lunch break when they call to let you know that your glasses are ready for pickup. Just drove a half hour here for no reason.

Have advertised products in stock. Make the print on prepared meals ledagable. Such as Wesley farms Prepared foods to cook at home. Had to call customer service to ask how to prepare chicken parmasean. She went and looked for me got the info and she couldn't read it either!

Renewed my membership. I got a package of pasta, but it was full of bugs. I took it back and asked for a manager. I was told that I couldn’t see one. Waited 20 minutes in line for the customer service person. They called for a manager who never came. I left because I didn’t have the time to wait. Won’t go back. It’s understandable that occasionally you have things that happen with food products. But for no one to care enough to address it, that’s just sad.

I will not be returning to BJ’s and I will be canceling my membership.. I understand not taking returns back due to COVID-19 but what I don’t understand is if you sell somebody something that was bad how are you not able exchange it. We bought a container of Parmesan cheese that was moldy and all we wanted to do was swap it out for one that was not. I was not trying to return a bunch of things that we had hoarded.. This is bad business.

I went to have my propane tanks refilled yesterday, the employee that filled them does not know what customer service means. He did not tell the women that was there before me that her tank had been filled she had to find him to get that information. He left her tank on the scale inside the fenced in propane area, she had to go in there to get the tank. When he filled my tanks he also left them inside the fenced in area, I had to go in there to get them as well. I believe the reason the propane area is fenced in is so only authorized trained employees would be allowed in there. Obviously the employee that was so rude in the way he took care of both myself and the customer before me has different ideas.
