This is the first time I have been into the warehouse and I was really impressed not only with the amazing selection of items that they have but the cost was actually pretty good. A lot of different items that I've never even seen before so that made it very nice. I look forward to shopping there in the future.

BJs just switched to Capitol one...they just sent me the new card. Went to set up my online account and they wanted my SS number and birthday. No thanks.

Paid $700 for four new tires on Feb 10. They couldn't install them until Feb. 19. Installer broke one of the studs. Was told BJs can't fix it, have to take somewhere else. Came back with bid but due to the total, they said it has to go through their claims administrators. It was immediately apparent that they are not going to pay any time soon. Had to get it fixed out of my own pocket as can't keep waiting, not safe to drive with only four lug nuts. Still waiting for reimbursement. Membership up for renewal in March and need four other tires for another vehicle. Won't be renewing and certainly won't be buying any more tires from them.

Jason and Diego in the tire center were outstanding! Got a nail in my tire and another tire place told me they couldn't fix it and that it would be $200 for a new one. I was able to find the tire for was less at BJ's and when I got there, Diego and Jason were both very honest and told me they could fix it, that I didn't need a new tire at all. I was so thankful and grateful for their honesty. I'll definitely be going back for all of my car needs.

I went to the tire department. Was waited on immediately. The young lady put me at ease and found me the tires I needed. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Young man brought my keys to me and told me the locking lug nut are back where I had them. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A lot better service that tire Kingdom

Read this before you fill out a form at BJ Warehouse to win something: Several months ago i filled out an entry form at BJ Warehouse to win a big screen Samsung TV. Today i got a call from some dude purporting to be with BJ Warehouse telling me that "there is a good chance" i am going to win it. He even asked if I would be willing to pose for apicture while being given the TV. He said that as an added token of appreciation, they would like to come to my house and present me with a $40 gift card AND take a water sample from my kitchen faucet. He said they would leave the test results with me right there and then. I told the dude that we never drink from the tap and there is no need to test my well water. He can just send me the damn $40 card. All of a sudden the dude started saying " hello, hello, i can't hear you, hello" and the line went dead. He never tried to call me back again. LMAO. So this was just some ploy to get inside someone's home to sell water treatment gadgets. But i really got a big kick out of his"hello hello I can't hear you" line. So to BJ Warehouse management: your vendor is falsely representing themselves to be from your company and is giving your company a bad name.

We love the selection and sizes of beautiful fruit and vegetables. The frozen food aisles are loaded with top notch choices. (Healthy and others that are just plain delicious.). Clothing aisle is very good--with many name brand exercise clothes for my son husband and me. This is a great store very clean too

I came to this store to get supplies for my family's business. One of the supplies were hot dog buns and when me and my mother checked, there was mold on the back of the hot dog buns. also, the day before all of this, we tried severing the buns to our costumers and the buns crumbled right in our hands!!!

I had a coupon to rejoin BJ's for only $20. I was a member a year and a half ago and I decided to give them a retry. But I am a Costco person by heart. I was impressed and somewhat disappointed in the store. I thought that some of the prices overall we're a little more expensive than it from Costco or grocery stores in general. The one thing I noticed that it did have a lot of organic produce. The prices reflected that situation. I bought some New York strip steaks and they were only $11.50 a pound for choice. And that actually ls a reasonable price considering all beef is going up higher and higher... I was disappointed because I could not find Hebrew national salami. I do remember buying it at this location but the only thing I found from Hebrew national were the hotdogs. Another observation was I saw was that the Spanish grocery brand of Goya out and about. I also noticed that there was many female shoppers that were of Hispanic heritage.. I could tell by thier dress and with the way they were speaking. I have not seen Goya in the other big warehouses stores and only in a small independent grocery stores that cater to the Hispanic population. Overall my experience was very positive. The three staff members that I came in contact with were very nice professional and accommodating. One thing I did not like was they have too many self-serve checkout. But Costco Walmart Sam's Club have all gotten that same way I'm sure to save money. I will go back within the next two or three months and reevaluate my visits.

It’d be great if they could tell you about their hour lunch break when they call to let you know that your glasses are ready for pickup. Just drove a half hour here for no reason.
