Me and my family spent $100. The wings were the worst wings I ever had. My wife salad was so horrible. They left out part of our order. Had to go back to get it fixed. I would never go back to this place if I was you, I wouldn’t do it either. Save yourself the trouble.

Boneless wings are horrible! They look like chicken nuggets and are hard as rocks. I hate throwing food away No one wanted these after a bite or two and no one would take them home this past Superbowl Sunday. They weren't even busy yet. I ordered ahead,they messed it up,replaced it ,and they were awful . Unbelievable Overrated Boneless wings. Terrible! Whoever else brought food that day it didn't disappoint and they brought others places wings too. Never again

I ordered wings 2 days ago for a pickup and they gave me a certain time (5:40) I got here at 535 and they was already over 20 people waiting and they said they have been here for over 30 mins and still didn't receive their orders. Is it really that hard to make chicken wings and have them ready on time? Especially when you have the orders 2 days in advance and should be able to plan way ahead of time for cooking them and having them ready. Not to mention there was only 12 people sitting at the bar and in the booths. This is horrible service.

wait 10 minutes to be seated and staff kept walking by but never acknowledged us. finally seated ourselves. two waitresses walked right by our table and never said a word and finally seven minutes later somebody came over and asked if they could help us horrible way to start off our experience of Buffalo wild wings

Maybe 4 others in the restaurant at 11:30. Nobody came to take our order for at least 10 minutes. Ordered Thai Chili boneless wings. After quite a wait I got Thai Curry wings. Server said they don't have Thai Chili, why didn't she say so? I dislike Curry so wouldn't have ordered that sauce in the first place. It wasn't my mistake although she seemed to indicate that by her rude actions.

Brittany was one of the best barmaids I have met. She's so friendly and helpful and funny. We always have a great time when we go there on Tuesdays. We will remain loyal customers.

My boyfriend and I went last night and the service was awful. We sat at the bar and the bartender kept disappearing in the back.
We sat and watched her flirt with one of the customers a majority of the the 1 1/2 hrs we were there watching a game.
I never got my ranch for my onion rings or a refill on my tea as promised. Several of the customers at the bar had empty glasses for quite a while. Another worker came out to the bar after a while and refilled my boyfriend’s drink, but never offered to fill my empty glass.
The original bartender eventually re-emerged only to go flirt with that one customer again. The icing on the cake was when we saw her lean across the bar and literally wipe the nose of the customer with her bare hand and THEN continue to serve customers without washing her hands! I was done at this point. About 15 minutes later she decided to hand us our check, without thanking us or any type of conversation. Eight minutes later the other worker came back out and cashed us out, our original one had disappeared again.
We overheard other customers complain and she seemed disinterested. We also witnessed her start to pour a beer from the tap for a server on the floor. He stopped her and told her that was the wrong beer. She simply poured it out and then filled the same glass with the correct beer. I have bartended before and you never use the same glass like that. It was the worse service we have ever received. Such a shame. No wonder the place was empty.

Do not like to post negative reviews, however our visit today was the worst we’ve ever experienced. It started when we walked in the door and there wasn’t anyone there to greet or seat us, so we decided to sit at the bar. None of the employees, not one, smiled the entire time we were there, which speaks to the culture created by leadership. It was not busy at all so it wasn’t as if the staff was crushed. Kailee was our “server/bartender”, but not sure who she was serving or tending to because she spent more time back in the kitchen or on her phone. Again, it wanted to busy, and at its busiest there were seven customers at the bar, most of whom had empty drink glasses for extended periods of time. Could go on, but will end it here. Will not be going back again.
P.S. drove past Hurricanes on the way home and they were busy… guess we’ll check them out.

Definitely a dying brand. Wings are the size of pigeon wings. Service is always slow. Never a host on duty. It's sad because this used to be a favorite for dinner.

I ordered 20 bone in wings. Her, 6. And a bread with cheese and mustard dips. The salt and seeds toppings was entirely too thick. The sauce on the wings here is always way too much. I had a blue cocktail that was yummy. I will return.
Update, came tonight. Had that blue drink again and 20 wings. I enjoyed playing the trivia game tonight.

Horrible, horrible service from the blonde bar tender. So incredibly rude. Never filled drinks. Food was wrong but they fixed it. The bar tender couldn’t care less about the other patrons except for the one she was clearly flirting with. Not trying to interfere with your “game”, but can I get some more Dr Pepper? I thought maybe it was just a bad night but it seems to be a pretty normal pattern for this bartender and establishment. Pretty sad to waste money like that in this economy.

Brittany the day time bartender is the best make sure you stop in to see her for lunch! She makes great drinks and has the best vibes and always makes sure the food is tasteful!

I haven’t been to this restaurant in years. Walked in was greeted by wonderful staff then once I got to my table with my partner was introduced to a wonderful waitress named Lae. She made our whole experience with it! She knew everything I asked about the menu and was super friendly and helpful. If you want your business to thrive definitely hire more people like her (willing to work)!!! Love the experience and will be back to see Lae!!!

I come in for lunch a couple of times a week. Service is always great. Kitchen is super fast. It allows me to settle down and unwind for a little bit in the middle of my day.
