Buon Appetito Restaurant & Bar

I was never a big fan of thin crusted Pizza - until y'days visit @Buon Appetito Restaurant & Bar! ❤️👍 We had Eggplant as an appetizer and it was great as well! Our server Jessica was quick & very friendly and could not have done any better. 😀 The place is tastefully decorated and the owner was singing on and off which sounded very nice! 👍 Our visit was a great experience and we will be back! 👍👍 5 stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

When the delivery driver got to our door, we were missing a whole pizza. He argued with my husband about the pizza missing. It took a whole another 30 minutes to get the pizza out to us. When I called back to speak the manager about how long it took, she proceeded to say that I was being muffled and she couldn’t hear me. She proceeded to ask me what should she do about it? What did I want her to do about it? I don’t know you’re the manager. You make the big decisions for the restaurant when the owner is not there. To find out she’s the owner, because we found that out. and then when I said that’s not my decision, she says ma’am you need to lower your voice you don’t need to yell at me. excuse me, I’m not yelling. I said to herz, “You’re the one who asked me to raise my tone because I was being muffled and you couldn’t hear me.” It’s a shame because the food is really good. However, the customer service sucks. as an owner of a small business myself, I would never treat a client that way I would make my own decision to offering what I could possibly do to make it right. What has happened to customer service? What has happened to assuming if someone’s upset and raising their tone or anything is considered rude. She literally says to me , “I don’t have time for this.” What would she have done if we were in the restaurant eating? What people don’t realize is one bad review they lose at least three other customers. I have a right to choice where my money goes!

It is not as cozy as the College Parkway location. Pricing seems,higher too. I am sorry the one off College Parkway clised,down.

A Casual authentic Italian feel to the restaurant. My favorite is their "Surfside Pizza" which is unique, and amazingly good.

Denise is not only rude and very immature she is a terrible business owner. She lacks the intelligence to deal with a situation.
We ordered a pizza with green pepper and mushroom and when my husband brought it home it was pepperoni and mushroom. WRONG PIZZA!
Denise handled the situation poorly and because of this she will lose business with several Sandoval residents including my husband and I.

We live in the neighborhood and decided to give this spot a try, unfortunately we didn’t have the best time. We were told that the wait would be 15-20 minutes and that was accurate, they seemed maybe a little short staffed cause there were tables open and even the hostess was hustling. We got seated a nice table in the back. We waited a long time for our drinks. The food came out promptly after the drinks and was okay, except for the chicken Marsala. I have had chicken and veal Marsala many places because I really enjoy it. This was a really poor Marsala. I ate one or two bites and then left it. I wanted to like this place, cause the people are nice enough, but we likely will not be returning.

We had a wonderful dinner experience on Super Bowl Sunday! The food was excellent, our server was wonderful and overall we were happy with the evening. The only reason why I did not give this a 5 star is because the male manager/supervisor working that evening was incredibly rude to the staff. At one point, a few of the servers/hosts were standing between the bar & dining room area - the manager/supervisor at the bar was not happy with them standing around and shouted at them to get out of the bar area and to get to work. This was shocking as at the time, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant and there were no customers that needed to be greeted, seated, or tabled cleaned. Yelling at staff should never be tolerated, especially when it is not warranted and when customers are present. If management was not happy with staff standing around, they should not have had 3+ staff working in the front of house on such a quiet evening or cut them some slack.

Food was okay.We were seated at a table way too close to another table. No privacy.We heard every word that was spoken at the next table. Not very appropriate or appetizing!

Cosy small Italian place. It appeared that the cook was also the singer and he brought the atmosphere up a notch. The restaurant filled up and the singing stopped. The were only 2 waiters,that were not very well organized. First he had to clean a place, so we could down - party of four. Then we waited a while before the waiter came to asked for drinks. We gave him our drink and food order at the same time. It took a while before the food came out and after we got our food we had to ask for utensils, which took a while. Then we ask for a co dime t that never came and the chicken to the spaghetti was never delivered. They removed the extra charge for the chicken. The food was good but bring your patience with you when you go there. You will be there a while.

First timer! Took my family to try out some place different. Food was good, waitress was a bit to be desired, usually after someone says thank you several times, you automatically expect a response back we got “Nothing” I guess she was having a bad day. After the meal I asked for the check and Batter Bing! They tack on an extra percentage if you use a credit card to pay, Oh well the one that gets the short end of the stick on that one is “Guess” correct the waitress…. That for sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth, you want a few extra dollars add it onto the prices on the menu don’t charge me for paying with a CC if you can’t cover the CC percentages, add it on the menu or take cash only…. Won’t be going back. Plenty of other good Italian restaurants that accept CC without charging extra fees, I’m sure they get it a different way like“ adding it to the prices on the menu, and that’s fine with me. adding it on the receipt when paying with a credit card makes the restaurant seam as they are desperate to make a buck.

Very disappointed with the pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 was missing an item on the pizza. I've gave them plenty of chances and they always mess are order up and I was overcharged. Won't be coming here no more.
