Ordered online for pick up have a time was not ready when we arrived food was not as to be per order double whoppers should probably come with both Patty's it in the name added bacon for an upcharge did not get it and no answers a phone and the app does not allow you to get past the second Ai bot

I haven't eaten there in years and only did because other people with me wanted to. It was disgusting and I will never go there again. The lettuce they put on the burgers was all rotted. The french fries had a very odd taste. I did not feel comfortable eating them. I got a Whopper Jr it was the size of a sausage patty

The food was stale , burgers were dried out. Fries not fresh as if they warm them up. Drove 3 minutes to my home and fries were cold and hard.

Set in the drive thru forc15 minutes with no response. Pulled around and went inside and waited for 7 minutes with no one approaching the counter. Ended up leaving and pulling through McDonald's (which I didn't want). ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! No one at this branch cares!

Haven’t been to a BK in years. I notice that this location, and every other BK that I’ve driven bye are never very busy. I decided to try this location today. We went inside to order. There was one person in the dining room and nobody in line. I said hello to the female manager as I stood at the counter. She didn’t reply and ignored me. She then went about servicing the drive up. We stood there for several minutes . Nobody seemed interested in serving us. We decided at this time that it was a mistake visiting this BK and drove to Wendy’s on Skyline for a quick lunch.
Needless to say, I will never visit this BK again!

Took a bite out of the chicken sandwich I ordered from the royal four and there was this metal pin coming out of it. Huge food and health hazard. Extremely disappointed and hope they are more careful in the future

The reason for giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of a lady manager in the morning who is great at her job. However, when I showed up tonight at 10:20 p.m., there were still 40 minutes left until closing, but the outside lights were off, and I saw the employee and a different manager were sitting in the booth, milking the clock. They claimed they were closed."

I do a lot of reviews. A lot. Usually never at fast food places. I had to leave this review for one reason and one reason alone. Richard. This guy was so personable and happy to help me. You don't usually get that kind of service at a fast food restaurant. Granted I only went through the drive through for a soda, but he was just so darn cool about it. Richard was the best!

No one at the counter and place was not busy. There were 3 employees there so should have one at window, one at counter and one setting up. Is was not set up that way. Employees were doing everyone else’s job instead. Just not organized and after waiting 15 minutes, quarter pounder didn’t have pickles and fries didn’t have salt. Won’t go there again.
