Never fails. ALWAYS wrong. Not sure how much easier it can get when filling a simple order asking for PLAIN sandwiches, yet they NEVER are. They ask 3x and yet cannot get right. Nothing but incompetent people. Never fails with fast food in SW Florida. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$ to have a good meal from a fresh, well rated establishment.

So I placed the mobile order around 930 want to pick it up around 10 Even placed another order while I was there for some chicken nugget and fries course I used the coupons they didn't want to take them originally but I talked to my cashier and for some magical reason he was able to use the coupons And when I got home I opened my baconator only to realize there's no bacon in it I tried using the app to complain but wasn't that about job so I googled the phone number to the Burger King called the Burger King somebody answered blame it on the new person there asked for my phone number said they were going to call him next day to help me they didn't call me the next day I called them the day after that they said well you would have to bring the burger in So check your bags in the parking lot before leaving I wish I would have taken a picture next time I will

Bad service when I paid for the breakfast meal and only got my drink and sandwich no hashbrowns . And they charged me full price . I’m never going back to that store again

Love the Whoppers. Workers standing around doing nothing while the tables were ALL dirty. Had to ask someone to clean one so we could eat.

I've been in Cape Coral since 2010 and this has been the best Burger King continuously since I've been here. Scott has been there a long time thats probably why! I don't eat at the other Cape BKs anymore.

I've been using the recent coupon codes for meal bundles (give them the number in the box in the upper right of the coupon at the drive thru). This location is always really efficient. Even when it's an off time of day, the food is freshly cooked and hot. The atmosphere is pretty typical for Burger King otherwise. Free WiFi.
Food came to the bag cold n fries were soggy. Sad because it’s one of the few places that still does vegetarian burgers

Just want to say I don't know if there's new management but about 5 months ago this place was rated a five star this is now gone down to a one-star rating. The past four times that my husband and I have been here dine in and drive through the french fries have been cold every time, one time the Whoppers weren't good and the other three times the Whoppers were good. The other night when we went through the drive-thru we told the lady that these fries are cold and she took the Fry's back after they were in our hands through the window which is disgusting first of all that is a health department no no first of all but besides the fact her comment was that the element in the fryer was going out if that's the case why hasn't the manager contacted the maintenance or the CEO or higher up to fix the element of the fryer if that's even the truth or is it just because they're lazy and don't care so when she took the fries back through the window she was gone maybe a minute and a half no more than 2 minute the fries he gave us back we're definitely the same ones and microwaved. I will be contacting higher management. This is unacceptable.
Good was old and dry My whoppers with cheese only mayo and onions wete old and dry as hell. Onion rings were old Cheesy totts were old too. Not worth the almost $25. I paid. Too tired to go back and wait. Staff looked like they didn't care about their jobs same as the managers that were working too. Wasn't even busy or short staff to make those excuses.

Hot and fresh service! The team members tonight they had on shift are superb! Very nice girl in the drive thru when I ordered my cheesy tots and the lady brought them fresh out to me and was so nice and warm and welcoming! Made my night. Fabulous crew 💚

Cannot get the drive in staff to listen to an order , my order was 6 Junior bacon cheeseburgers no pickle no sauce , how did they arrive? No pickle no sauce and no cheese find it very frustrating to leave the counter the. Find my order invariably wrong
