The only male manager at this location is absolutely horrible at customer service. My wife went in to get a couple of double whoppers re made. He was extremely rude to her she wrote down simply make one with no cheese the other with no tomato’s or onions. After driving home 2 hours after a 10 hour day in Naples I come home to the burgers being wrong. I was upset and demanded a refund and replacement for the 3rd time, Ofcourse he refused to do both even though my time and gas of driving 3 times for burgers at a restaurant where employees can’t read or speak in a professional manner. Pretty disappointing to say the least. Corporate will be getting a call from me.

I was going there every morning for 3 months. I would purchase a big breakfast and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants plus a cup of coffee. Every morning I would ask for 4 sugars in my coffee and please stir it, no problem until 2 days ago when I was told by the employee at the drive thru it was against policy to fix my coffee mind you there were no one in line behind me and no customers in the store at that time of the day (around 10am). When did the policy change? It is pure laziness on the employees part!! I was spending $300 a month for breakfast items at this store so it is my policy now not to go there anymore your loss not mine!! I would recommend you go elsewhere as I now do.

Horrible service, night shift cashier gave the wrong item and when I went to return it for my original item the cashier basically said that they won’t do anything for me and to just get a refund through the app.
Never fails. ALWAYS wrong. Not sure how much easier it can get when filling a simple order asking for PLAIN sandwiches, yet they NEVER are. They ask 3x and yet cannot get right. Nothing but incompetent people. Never fails with fast food in SW Florida. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$ to have a good meal from a fresh, well rated establishment.
So I placed the mobile order around 930 want to pick it up around 10 Even placed another order while I was there for some chicken nugget and fries course I used the coupons they didn't want to take them originally but I talked to my cashier and for some magical reason he was able to use the coupons And when I got home I opened my baconator only to realize there's no bacon in it I tried using the app to complain but wasn't that about job so I googled the phone number to the Burger King called the Burger King somebody answered blame it on the new person there asked for my phone number said they were going to call him next day to help me they didn't call me the next day I called them the day after that they said well you would have to bring the burger in So check your bags in the parking lot before leaving I wish I would have taken a picture next time I will

Bad service when I paid for the breakfast meal and only got my drink and sandwich no hashbrowns . And they charged me full price . I’m never going back to that store again

Love the Whoppers. Workers standing around doing nothing while the tables were ALL dirty. Had to ask someone to clean one so we could eat.

I've been in Cape Coral since 2010 and this has been the best Burger King continuously since I've been here. Scott has been there a long time thats probably why! I don't eat at the other Cape BKs anymore.
