I've been going to this Burger King on and off for years, ONLY because it's the closest one to home. The last time we got hot, fresh, decent food from this particular establishment was before they remodeled a few years ago. My biggest issue with this place is THE FOOD IS NEVER HOT!! The second biggest issue is THE WAITING TIME. Ridiculous to have to experience both issues every single time we pass through there to grab a bite to eat on the go. Whomever owns this place, it's time to reevaluate your place of business. Burger King on Del Prado and Burger King on Hancock/41 have set the bar for you.

The managers took our order in the morning and were super thorough. My s.o loves extra crispy fries and I mean extra crispy and they always make sure to get it right🎉 thanks BK for making my lady happy🤣

First waited for like 15 minds before someone took my order. A car drove up after me and they took their order first. Then the guy just sat there and talk for another 10 to 15 mins. When I finally made it to get my food and make it home. They left out all the sauces and a burger.

The food was good but come on i know in not in a library but there’s a family of one child and there loud like Excessively loud for no reason, and it kills the atmosphere and the excitement of eating in peace.(I’m not expecting the restaurant all quiet but come on this is to loud!)

Best guy ever at the drive through , always there always smiling always working hard , Archie , seems like he is the hardest worker in the building working both windows at a time , man deserves a company recognition , a raise , Archie definitely my favorite person to see when I head up to this Burger King drive through , thanks for brightening up my day every time I see ya Archie , your the man 😁

Extremely unhelpful on how they cook their products. I have a gluten issue and asked if they cooked their fry separate from their other products and they said “I don’t know”. That’s pretty clueless and unhelpful for your customer.

every time we order the iced coffee w/ cold foam on doordash, whoever makes the drink never gives us the foam. we literally get straight black coffee. plus the food is disgusting and makes us sick.

Stale bread, burgers that taste like cardboard, and soggy fries. Not sure what happened to this store, but the quality dropped tremendously over the years. Sadly I won't be coming back. Service felt almost forced like they're trying to be happy but are dying inside and unmotivated. I don't blame them after having experienced myself working fast food. It's draining on the soul. I hope my old coworkers well as I loved working with them. I'm far happier with my new job and truly feel like I'm actually contributing and heard for once

The Impossible Whopper was awesome thank you and your soda machine as very new and futuristic even though it is complicated for me LOL {update in 2025} very slow mix up your orders I ordered a number 9 chicken sandwich large with a large Sprite Sprite tasted off and weird and they assumed I ordered double cheeseburgers which is false by order the number 9 chicken sandwich they really need to get stuff up their game they're very very slow for fast food chain!! Don't order here if they're going to take their time and go slow and hold up traffic or people in line at the drive-thru
