i've come here a few times, staff are always kind but very recently had not-so-great encounter. the workers at the front window must have made a mistake, i'm not sure, but the woman handing me my change was very rude and rushed me through, closing the window on me. not sure what the issue there is, but the young man who took my order had great customer service.
TLDR the food is okay but they take a while, and sometimes they take their anger out on you

I've had a decent experience with Burger King overall, but there's been a recurring issue that’s starting to bug me: forgotten items in my orders. I've been to this location a handful of times, and at least half of those visits, they’ve missed something in my bag. Sometimes it’s small things, like napkins or sauce, but other times it's a full item, like an incorrect drink or fries. I don’t mind when it’s a minor thing, but it’s becoming a bit of a pattern.

That being said, the food is usually fresh, and the quality is what you expect from Burger King – flame-grilled burgers, tasty fries, and all that good stuff. The staff is generally friendly, so it’s not like the service is bad, just inconsistent.

If you’re in a rush or really craving something specific, definitely double-check your order before leaving. Hopefully, they can improve on their quality control and attention to detail in the future. Until then, I'll keep coming back, but I’ll be prepared to catch any mistakes.

Order taker was very rude seeming as my order was an inconvenience to her. When I got my order again very rude at the window and my burgers bread was hard like it’s been out for a while bacon was disgusting just a bad experience overall!

I know better than to expect too much from a fast food establishment. That being said… food here was GROSS! Cold everything! Fries, onion rings, chicken sandwich. Cold and hard. Rotten, slimey, brown lettuce and tomato. Had to wait a long time in drive-thru, paid, and after checking bag, several items were missing, had to park and go inside to ask for them. There were only two employees running the whole show and one employee apologized and mentioned that they were spread thin.

BK you need to staff this place properly! Maybe then it won’t look AND taste like it was just fished out of the dumpster.

P.S. If the lettuce is brown, don’t put it down!!

P.s. I don’t know where you found these “new” Hamburger buns. But you need to bring the old ones back. These suck!

I try to give this location the benefit of doubt.Everytime I visit,I get a side of fries.And I ask for no salt on the fries.Only to get bags of salt And Im not joking when I say salt.Its like they are habitual with it.And when I ask for fresh.They still manage to have salt on them.I don't want high blood pressure.and I sure don't want my kids to get it either. Is having me wonder do they test their food.

Waited at drive up window long time. 1 employee doing both windows and orders, he was nice. Fries hot, Cheeseburgers Old n Cold (not worthy as food). Wont be back. Yuck!

Drive thru line takes a horrible amount of times even when there are only 2 cars in line. You’ll be waiting 10 minutes minimum every time. Then they make you pay at the first window and wait to be told when to go to the second. Their staff could care less about service and sure as hell doesn’t care about speed. Bunch of kids who could care less and attitudes show. Better off closed.

It's always dirty and the GM and Dm all are horrible to the fellow managers and employees they act to only speak in Spanish and always mess up on orders the store manager is always on her phone and has an attitude anytime something is wrong with an order I'm never coming back to this location till u do something about it

The speed of service has increased greatly from 4 years ago, the customer service has improved vastly as well; the General Manager Kelsey is a sweetheart and is trying her best. Please take each review with a grain of salt.
