The night crew at this Burger King deliberately turns off the drive-thru screen and keeps the building in darkness to make it seem like they’re closed. When you pull up to the speaker, no one responds — they just sit in silence, clearly waiting for customers to give up and leave.

When I eventually pulled around, a male employee took my order and payment. He was the only one who acted somewhat professionally. However, when I got to the next window, I was met by a very rude woman. She didn’t say hello, barely acknowledged me, and shoved the food at me without a word. After I said “thank you,” all she did was give a dismissive thumbs up.

Terrible customer service. This location is clearly not interested in doing its job, especially at night. I won’t be returning.

The food is decent and hot. The wait times are alright yeah. But the kindness of the staff was extraordinary McKenzy was a kind southern woman with classic charm and Aaron was a kind guy got my order well done

Today’s service was fantastic!!! This nice man Steven was so kind and he got things done fast. I’ve came here a few times and have never gotten this amazing of service! This is by far the best Burger King I’ve been to, I highly recommend coming to this one if you’re in Cape.

My family and I came here last night the staff was just so friendly and kind the young gentlemen with the black hair is sweet so is the blonde guy! The food was hot and fresh whenever I go to the one on pine island I wait 20 minutes; Here tho it’s 3 minutes at most and higher quality food.

I placed an order for pick up at 5:42 i get there at 5:55 and watch the 2 front people ignore me and another customer upfront and some other guy walking around with pills in his hands. Just ignoring us. And finally at 6: 03 this white lady finally takes dudes order next to me. Then finally gets to i tell her I'm waiting on a pick up order she then says it's going take a minute... by then its been 20 mins so I burst out in anger. I work for amazon and I don't have time to wait for orders which is why I place them in advance.. you had plenty of workers today idk why you choose to only work drive thru and ignore all of the front.

This store is managed horribly. Explain to me why I order 1 ice cream cone at 8:45pm and wait at the 2nd window for 10+ minutes… I can literally see the ice cream maker. The ‘manager’ on 3/25 was seen goofing around with another employee. I can safely say this place lacks quality management on all levels. Been going to this location for years - I am never coming back. The incompetence here makes the drive to Del Prado worth it.

Waste of time. Don't even bother using the drive thru, it doesn't work correctly and manager doesn't care.
Apparently, an automated voice of an employee (that doesn't work there) asks for your order. So you give it. And then...nothing. Nobody there, after you wait and wait. I was told by the manager that this person asking for your order, does NOT actually do anything. So you have to wait 5 minutes or more for a real employee to come on the speaker and then you have to give your order , again, to them! It's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Why wouldn't you just post a sign letting people know?? Yep, because they don't care enough to do that.

The young lady in drive thru did an awesome job. Now... I had a number 7 medium, wife had the classic wrap. Now my sandwich had toppings like they were there for a while not fresh sandwich. My French fries were dipped twice, I can tell I've worked in the burger King store before. The fries are old drop them again to warm them up. I'd see to fire someone every time they'd do that. The best part is my wife wanted no sauce and the young lady put it on the ticket no sauce on her wrap. There was a lot of sauce on her wrap. She spit it out. She's furious and after my fries I'm not happy either.
