Just witnessed a customer having a big fit because the staff is dealing with an inspection so yes it is taking a bit longer and he was being super rude towards the staff. Management handled the situation so well and was very respectful to myself and my sons waiting due to the others customers ignorance. Shout out to the managers and staff and dealing with rude people while being professional!

11/4/2024 at 431pm went to Checkers for the first time. The woman who took my order was rude. She said" what can I get you and talked over me while I was ordering then she tossed my food on the counter. Then a young kid behind me wanted a soda and she acted like it was too much to do. Food was ice cold. No soda machines available all they gave to drink was just ice tea. If I can rate a zero I would. Never going to this place again. McDonald's food is way better and that's sad. No bathroom was available to use either. Never again will I go back here

I’m a supervisor at a food establishment and when i went to order and you guys had no soda or water and still had an up charge for a milkshake which was one of the only two options?? Dosent make sense to me and I only ordered the Buford combo to use my coupon and the cashier used the wrong coupon despite me referencing which one it was twice. If i wanted to save two dollars i would’ve ordered something completely different rather than spending 11$ when i only planned on spending 7 with NO DRINK.

My nephew had the chicken sandwich and I had the double burger. Both were cooked perfectly and both were very tasty. I haven't had Checkers in years, but I'm glad the fries are still amazing. The service was okay.
As long as you have to wait in line you would think all item are cook to order. The burgers patties are always cold the fries are never hot I never have this issue when I go to Orlando or other towns.

Say at the window for 9 minutes, like at the drive through window with no one even coming to acknowledge me. Park my car walked in and there’s five people in a circle talking. I asked my Food and they handed it to me right away as it was just sitting there , and they told me I should’ve knocked on the window. Bad introduction for a first time at this location.

Do not order ahead for pick up on the app. I ordered at 5pm for a 6pm pick up and the food tasted like it was made at 5:10 and tossed on the counter for 50 minutes. I cannot say “Cold, Old and Disgusting” enough. Really disappointed.
Maybe I’ll try the DT and see if they actually make food to order or just leave it sitting around until you order?!
I think they know that they serve old food because they have no follow up anywhere asking about your experience? Not in email or on the app. I guess they figure, “it is what it is” cheap old food. No feedback necessary!
