I got a basic burger with special sauce, it was salty. The guys working were very courteous, customer service was fine. But the lobby was dirty. Finger prints on the glass, sprayed ketchup dried on the wall, smudges all over the counter.

I've been here a few times. Every time the staff is rude. They are talking to each other but ignoring customers. Even while waiting on you they will laugh and joke around with the other staff and don't look you in the eyes or talk to you. The last time my bill came to nine something. I gave the girl a 20. She gave me back $20 in change. I could have had free food, but I'm honest.

I literally had to stop and get the cashiers name because she was so sweet and helpful. Chloe was very kind and even helped me bundle my food to save a couple bucks. They were really packed so I had a little wait of five minutes, but it was definitely worth it. I will absolutely be coming back to this location and bringing my friends and family as well. The spicy chicken sandwich was great.

Order on line pick up at location. Your order will be ready in 5 minutes. Ok. Then sat there for 20 minutes waiting at the windows.
This is also the second time in a row that our order was wrong. Item added to or taken off the burgers not correct. The previous time items missing from the order.
You guys started out strong at this location but unfortunately now we will not be going back.

This place has gone down hill. I used to come here and was always a happy customer. But I went in today and ordered. Pretty quickly the lobby filled up, and the cashier took our orders. But then it was kaos. Every employee was running around doing something but it seemed like every single one of them was off in space in their own world not knowing what was going on. Finally food started coming out, but it was food for people who ordered after me. Finally almost 15 minutes later I asked for a refund. The manager seemed incompetent at that single task. Literally took the guy over 5 minutes to get me a refund. Whoever is running this place clearly doesn't care.
Drove 30 mins to get checkers, Closes at 1am. Get there at 12am!! and they are closed???? Maybe you should change your times online when advertising, because you have false advertisment. Thanks for nothing checkers!

My experience here was horrible, management please do better with fellow employees, first off no staws which i said its ok , but then as my husband sip out of his soda found a piece of plastic in his cup as he drank . Second, my burger bun was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. Honestly this was bad.
