Terrible 35 min to get 3 items they forgot the other 3 items. 15 more min to make what they forgot food comes and it's cold. The worst experience at a fast food joint ever they better shape up or they will be going under.

Went through driveup and ordered 2 Big Bufford meals. I was the only one at the drive up. Cheeseburgers were extremely dry, barely warm, and obviously had been precooked and sitting for some time. Not a good first impression. Will not return and would not recommend this place.

I finally made it to the new Checkers and what a disappointment. I ordered a Buford, no cheese. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. The two patties were dry and tasteless like they had been sitting around for a while. The lettuce, tomato onion and pickle looked like they were put in a food processor and spread on the bun about quarter of an inch thick. The best part of the burger was the bun. If you want a fast food burger, Wendy’s or Culver’s are a much better choice.

Food is tasty as heck! There was a wait, but the staff was very well organized! Food pick up had a designated area away from current customers placing an order now. They did have a wait time (I'm not surprised since it's a new location), but honestly for how many people and cars there were - ten minutes was not a bad wait time. There were probably about 10-15 employees behind the counter taking and preparing orders - very efficient! Will definitely come again next time I'm in the neighborhood for those amazing fries :)

I waited in one of the lines while the person on headset took 4 cars from the other line before me and when I asked if I was next after the 3rd car I was told “I will be with you, I am taking both lanes right now” but… you’re not I’ve been here ahead of 4 cars, which is visible on the timer screen behind the employee that states how long which car on which lane has been there. Then I tried to order a number 7 meal and was told the meal was not an option but I could order the tenders, fries and drink separately for a higher prices. Then I was not given my drink and when I asked for my drink, I was given the wrong drink. Tenders were bussin but be better

We tried Checker’s for the first time. The drive thru wait was so long that multiple cars left before ordering. When we finally got to the drive thru, we were told there’s no milkshakes, which is the only thing my picky daughter was going to order. When we got home after the long wait, the fries were cold. I tried writing a complaint on the website, but it kept saying “sending” and never actually went through.

I waited in drive-thru for over 35 minutes, all three of my special order burgers were made incorrectly and they were all cold. Within 30 minutes of consuming one of my apple pies, I was on the side of the road vomiting. I love Checkers but that was the worst experience I've ever had. The customer service was amazing but with how busy they were my food should not have been cold and I was not going to go wait back in either one of the lines to get it fixed.
