Chicago Pizza is easily the best pizza spot in the Cape. The thin crust, quality ingredients and service is excellent. Sky was our server tonight and she was kind, attentive and so personable. We love the crispy cinnamon bites - they’re to die for. For a Sunday night, it was pretty quiet which was a plus! Given how delicious the food is I’m shocked by how reasonably priced they are. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Love Chicago and of course will be back - as we always do.

First of all the order was delayed considerably and was supposed to be delivered by GrubHub within 50 minutes. I got a message from the GrubHub person that the order was delayed by 30 minutes. Although part of this is not your fault, the GrubHub person never called me to let me know the pizza arrived, and he just left it at the front desk of my hotel. I happened to go downstairs and find the pizza waiting for me. The pizza was stone cold. It was supposed to be a 12 inch thick pepperoni and black olive pizza but it looks and tastes awful. I did warm it up and it still tastes awful. No flavor. I’ve eaten there before and the food was really good. I don’t know what happened. Perhaps you’ve lost your pride in your work. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but this episode was beyond belief. I only ate two pieces of the pizza and threw the rest away. This is not only the GrubHub person‘s fault. Your pizza should taste good re-warmed up. But now it’s in the garbage . I won’t be back

I had 5 pizza's delivered to a bar location for a surprise birthday party. I spent $140.00 + for food & delivery. The restaurant is literally across the street from the bar, the pizza's should have at least been warm. My food showed up on time, but every pizza was cold & limp. It didn't taste good to me because of that. Not happy with the deliver company or Chicago Pizza for allowing my pizza's to be cold.

Having moved from northeastern Illinois where we grew up, this restaurant has the closest thing to true Chicago style pizza that we've found in SW FL. 👍I wish they had a way to order and pay ahead online for pickup AND eat-in.

Ordered a pizza went to go pick it up and it was closed !
We order food every week from here but we're very disappointed Friday 4/13/18 We ordered one cheese pizza and one Chicago pizza the Chicago pizza had everything but the sausage which we like but I guess they decided to keep it. When we called to say they forgot it they offered us $2.50 credit which I doubt we'll ever see. That was bad enough but they also charged us more than we were told our total was going to be. So much for customer service...no real fellow midwesterner would ever do this...perhaps you people have been around the easterners too long!!!! Sorry for you! Update, one week later we never got our credit...so never again. We'll give another deserving restaurant our weekly order. Update... 4/21/23 not much has changed. The pizza was burnt, the salad had a huge core in it, I asked for ranch for the tenders but was given honey mustard and was charged for an additional ranch. Before this we did visit the bar once and ordered a pizza to go...half of it was burnt....big surprise...I guess I never learned. We keep trying to give them a chance 5/8/25 deep dish was the worst. It's almost like a pre-bought or pre-made too thick and too dry crust. Maybe that's why they have said before they're out of deep dish!?! How can you be out of deep dish? Still disappointed 😞 update 8/24/25 Pizza finally passed, great stuff! Also, great Italian Beef. Damn good service, Brook is great behind the bar!!!😃

Will never order from there again. Ordered takeout and my Italian sub was small, dried out and awful, and my kids chicken fingers and fries were also dried out and awful. They didn’t even like them. Manager Sky didn’t care. This place used to be good. Now it’s awful. Don’t waste your time or money.
