The food was excellent so was the service but unfortunately, they refused to honor my 100% disabled military discount today it’s as if they just made this rule because two months ago when we ate here, they honored it and within the last year when we ordered from here, they verified my ID at the house and gave us the discount. It’s a shame. It was only a four dollar discount, but it’s the principal behind it, not the actual cost. Needless to say I was told the manager has been here for 15 years and he is the one that refused our discount. We will not frequent this establishment anymore until they change their policy. Their policy is only active duty get a discount no retirees no veteran no disabled veteran gets a discount only active duty. I respect their decision, but what is so confusing or annoying is that they’ve given it in the past and now they don’t it’s their choice not to give it.
I am not too computer savvy so I am replying to the owners response on my original post the owner has to understand. I am not arguing over a three or four dollar discount and I am not imagining that I did receive a discount a couple of months ago and earlier this year on carry out what I would suggest and it’s a suggestion that the owner open up a little bit more, and expand his acceptance of a military discount whether it be a veteran of one year or a veteran of 20 years, it doesn’t matter remember, we live in a city that honors Veterans and it is named the purple heart city for a reason I try my hardest to frequent those establishments, whether large or small that support the military community nothing no personal attack. I am simply making a suggestion. Your food was great. The service was great, but I left disappointed and confused because yes, I was offered the discount twice this year and no, I did not dream that up.

Been coming here for about 5 years now. Usually service is ok and food is ok. But tonight they were busy so we had to wait for a table. Waited about 30 minutes but they seated a couple in front of us that came in about 20 minutes after us. That’s called crappy service and is unacceptable. Furthermore they acted all surprised and gave US attitude about THEIR mistake. Said we should have just sat at the bar. Ok well why did we wait 30 minutes when the bar had seating the whole time. Maybe we wanted a table? Left. And plenty of other places to frequent. Will NOT be coming back anytime soon. They just lost a regular. Buh bye.
I read the owners response. Gonna double down on the attitude? Definitely never coming back or ordering delivery now. Good luck.

Ordered the lunch special at 9.99. Spaghetti and meatballs (plural) The side salad was ok, the garlic bread was ok. But all I got was a dish of spaghetti with sauce. Called the waitress and asked what happened to the meatballs. She left and returned with just one meatball??? Companion had the 8” pizza and it didn’t look like any pizza I ever saw. She only could eat half. I’ve visited this place years ago and it was a good place. I strongly suspect that ownership has changed over the last few years. Personally I would not return.

Food is amazing and for the most part the waitress was great. But the place is not at all inviting. You walk in and the bar tender is the only employee present. She does not greet you just keeps speaking to the people sitting at the bar. Came off as extremely rude.
