I placed a pick up order online. They asked for information about my car - make, color, etc. When I got there, I had to go through the drive-thru lane like everyone else. So, ordering to pickup an item is useless.

Went to chick-fil-a for the 1st time. Food was very good. Dined in. Super positive vibes! Excellent staff. I was especially impressed with Theresa. She was so welcoming and kind. I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend.

What a mess! Usually they rock at getting orders, friendly, but not this time. Wanted to take our order before we even got to the menu board. Pull up and when we were given our food, the boy rudely told us that they really don't use the 2nd lane. Hmm mm, and I'm supposed to know this, how? No sign, and no one taking orders said anything. Now the food. What happened?!?! Lemonade tasted horrible. I got the Lemonade frost as usual and my husband got the Lemonade and tea. His tasted like a chemical and so did mine. The fries tasted old and unsalted. Asked for ketchup, mayo and salt. Was only given mayo. Usually this place is the best but not today!

I ordered their chicken wrap two months from the Daytona restaurant and added bacon to it….the restaurant had no issues doing that for me. I went to this location today and asked to add bacon and they told me they had no way to do that??! I asked if they made the wraps once they are ordered or if they came already put together, the drive thru person told me they make them in the kitchen. She still refused to add bacon and said the best they could do was to put two slices of bacon on the side. Are you kidding me??! I won’t be going back.
Not enough parking spaces to park and go inside. If you find one, there's a better chance of a vehicle or pedestrian accident. Beware !

The best Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Was visiting from up North and was shocked at the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. Offers to clean our table, set up an umbrella for us at an outdoor table and even small talk. This doesn't happen at Chick-Fil-A's up north. I even told one of the employees that this was the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Location was extremely busy, but the team here is like a well-oiled machine keeping everyone happy and fed.

Terrible experience , when you call, you can’t even speak to a human, regardless of what option you choose, I left the drive-through with a lemonade that tasted like I was drinking pure chemicals, couldn’t even call the store to let them know not to serve it to others because clearly someone dropped the ball on washing out whatever containers they keep the lemonade in and left chemicals in it. Yuk. Also the cool wraps are now half the size they were a year ago. Big disappointment all around. Hopefully, no one else gets poisoned by the lemonade tonight, especially since no one can call them to report it, what kind of restaurant doesn’t answer customer calls. Zero stars!

So we came to CFA and it is 1226 and the employee Olivia took 5 orders in 1 car. The manager Raquel was rude to the employee and pretty much was upset because she took too long. Olivia did an amazing job at taking the orders and was very efficient and read back every meal! We saw how the manager made an ugly face and shaking her head. Please be kind to your employees!!
Chick-fil-A. is always the best thing that I can grab on a quick lunch break. Super fast/friendly/ delicious!
