Horrible…. No seasoning on the chicken wings and the spring rolls are bland and greasy… how are they still in business !!!!

I ordered delivery. The beef on a stick was pathetic,my poor poo platter was atrocious. The shrimp was burnt and seemed like the grease has not been changed in a while . I ordered krav Rangoon on the side and didn't get it.

Been getting carry out over the years. Lately (12 months) they seem to be cheap on any vegtable dinner order. Ordered the vegtable lomein and chicken lomein. Told the the issue we had been having, pleas give me more than 3 pieces of brocilli maybe some onions and carrots. Got home and I counted, no carrots hardly any onions or other Vegs.Has anyone tried the one in the Hancock plaza?Any better

I use GrubHub for the Time in the delivery was quick. we ordered Mongolian beef and vegetable egg for Young. Let me start off. I say my vegetable egg foo was very good. It’s three large patties with a little bit of gravy on the side. It could’ve used more gravy. They also need to add salt to their rice the rice is flavor less. Now for the Mongolian beef i’m going to show a picture of it. It was a big container and it was 90% filled with onions we saw two slices of green pepper and possibly eight thin slices of beef. I can’t believe it was like all onions. The flavor was good but for $19 or $18 and change whatever it was it was not worth it. My egg Young was also expensive for egg for Young. It was very good need more gravy. It was overpriced, but still was good. we only ordered the Mongolian beef and the egg for Young. We had free delivery to Amazon and then we of course did a 20% tip. The bill came to $46.

This Place is a Rip-Off! last time I had an order, I ordered Egg Foo Young and got it delivered they forget to put the gravy for it in the bag. Anyone that eats Egg Foo Young would know thats like ketchup for fries. This time I ordered they changed the order and sent me bone in ribs instead of Boneless Ribs. It would normally not be a problem however, It was for my Dog and She cannot eat Pork Bones. I called to get the order corrected and they told me I needed to pay 4.00 to the Delivery Driver for the difference. Not Happening! Dont do business with shady business owners. I have been ordering there for over 20 years! Amazing 4.00 would be in the way of satisfying an Ex Loyal Patron. Go to Chen's China Bistro. They wont rip you off....

Have eaten here a few times because it’s close to where we live. Will go to Pine Island from now on. We got bbq ribs and chicken teriyaki and some other things. The meat all had the same disgusting flavor. Like it was freezer burnt or just really old. Could not eat it at all. We spent $90 and threw away half of it !!

The food in this place is garbage. Taste horrible, gave me a massive stomachache. The customer service is poor. I was trying to order and the lady taking my order got a call on her cell phone and just stood there talking for nearly 15 minutes. Then proceeds to give me an attitude because I’m standing there looking at her in amazement. Again food not so good and service was horrible.

The food is really bad. It’s not a good Chinese restaurant. The place is not pleasing. I think this needs inspection. Will never order again in this restaurant we have really bad experience.

I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 9 to 10 years. Tonight I ordered something I’ve ordered for many years but I do not order the same thing every time I call. My order was received and was incorrect. I called to have the correct items sent to my home and I would send back the incorrect items to the store. I was told this would be handled. A few minutes later I received a phone call back from the restaurant explaining that there was a two dollar price difference between the two incorrect items and that I would need to pay four dollars to have my order corrected. after a yelling match between me and the owner I promptly told her that I would never eat there again. There have been many times in the past that they have sent me incorrect items or have not sent items I’ve ordered at all. Very few times have I called to complain. Mainly because I’ve been eating there for so long and I love the food. The owner told me I ordered incorrectly tonight and it was my fault and therefore I would need to pay the four dollar difference. I will leave reviews all over social media so that other customers can see that after a 9 to 10 year relationship with a customer this restaurant doesn’t care about customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE! This restaurant obviously has no concern for the customer. This is absolutely disgusting that a restaurant owner would call a longtime customer requesting four dollars for their error. How petty can one owner really be? And from the reviews I’m seeing seven hours ago it seems as if they’re petty as another customer had the same problem. Maybe the restaurant owner should realize that customers are what keeps her in business.

Much of the food had all the same tastes & salty with a lot of fatty & gritty meats.
The fried rice had a gas grill taste also.
The egg foo young gravy wasn't normally the customary type served with it & seemed to be just very salty chicken gravy.
The fact that these restaurants 'now' don't simply serve only what's requested & as listed, is unfortunate.
- Mixing many dishes w/unwanted vegetables for the bulk of it.
- No thoughts are considered as to possible allergies, ect.
Simply giving the likes of customers/people only what they ask for seems to be secondary to only what is in their benefit.

I'm quite shocked by all the negative reviews for this place. I've been coming to this one for years. I've never ever have had a problem with my food. It's always cooked to perfection.
