Horrible run place. Cold food, no one understands English. Wish i could dump on the floor of the bathroom so these lazy workers got something to actually do.

This place is a scam, the lady charged me for extra meat when no one ordered or was served anything extra. Two burritos exactly the same. After reading the reviews I am not the only person with this complaint. The Florida department of state and business regulation should investigate this location. After I complained they refunded the money and claimed a misunderstanding, but please how many people have they done this to?

Went for dinner and got a rice bowl. The rice was extremely over cooked to the point it was clumping in large clumps. It felt like mush and had no taste. They were out of cheese and didn’t have the sense to shred more no offer to remedy or offer alternative. I got a meal and the cashier failed to give me a cup before he walked away to do something else.

The bowls I get are always fresh but this is the second time I've gotten stale chips. Super chewy and hard. I would suggest asking for freshly made chips.

Came in at around an hour before they closed and the employees acted like they did not want us there, they rushed us through our order and were putting up the chairs for the night. Also while I was ordering I asked for the shredded cheese for my girlfriend and I’s food and they said they ran out even though I can see they had some in the mobile order prep, as I was sitting there eating my food I watched them put cheese on the guy’s order right after us. Also they were talking to each other cutting us off while we ordered. This was a bad experience at a restaurant I like and put a bad taste in my mouth.

Went here on a Saturday night and somehow they were out of cheese, guac, and steak. Making it impossible to order my regular meal. The food I did receive was cooked properly and portions were good, however there is no excuse for running out of shredded cheese.

Went to this chipotle to pick up a late dinner around 8 PM. The store was pretty empty and there was a kid at the front counter who couldn't even be bothered by me. He saw me standing there and wouldn't even make eye contact. In fact he walked around me, went back behind the counter, pulled out his phone to check it, then turned back toward me, and then went on to start cleaning the extremely dirty food space. Found later his name was Felix and he absolutely shouldn't be working in customer service of this is how he treats people during slow times.

As I stood there waiting on my food or any sort of acknowledgment, someone else walked up and got immediate attention from the girl packing her pickup order and she gave her name and was about to get her food.. at that point I spoke up and said I am here for a pickup too.. needless to say this place has horrible customer service and I'd rather travel to ft Myers than to deal with this nonsense. Don't recommend.

Second time coming here and it was just as disappointing as the first. The customer service was non existent. They were out of cheese, salsa. Queso, guacamole,among other items, and when I looked down at what was left, I noticed how dirty the serving areas were with food options all dripping across each other. For a corporate franchise, there’s no excuse for a manger to let a place get this bad and let customers experience this. Do yourself a favor and travel to any other chipotle, but this one.

i go to this chipotle a lot, and am frequently disappointed by the customer service…. but recently it seems they have new staff and are being very well trained! just wanted to leave this review here so whoever’s in charge knows the staff is changing things for the better. i came in today at 12:45 pm and was pleasantly surprised by how polite the young girl making the food was, and the guy at the register who i don’t think is very new was nice as always. :)
