Chipotle Mexican Grill

I loooove Chipotle. But I eat at this location every once in a while and every time I go there's always at least one one thing off about the experience. Sometimes its the taste of the food, often times its the cleanliness of where they dish your food, sometimes it's the attitudes of the employees. Also the line always takes extra long to get through no matter how long it is. I still go though bc I love chipotle's food and its convenient. I never write bad reviews btw but I feel like this needed to be said

Went in for the bogo and waited in line for over 45 minutes when it was my turn to order they said they were out of rice and they could make it with just beans or charge us extra for double meat. When we got to the end they sneak charged us for double meat and never even offered a discount for the lack of rice that was never available. They neglected to tell anyone waiting in line for an extended period of time that there was no rice available. In the end we spent an hour there and left with two half full bowls that we were unfairly and sneakily charged for. We will be completing a dispute with our bank for the fraudulent transaction.

This chipotle location gives the smallest possible portions, paid $25 for a bowl with double meat and they didn’t even give two full scoops.

The employee Dan the tall guy was very helpful and attentive with my food and had a very good attitude and positive personality when I ordered get that man a raise

If I’m paying 60 dollars for 2 burritos and a large chips and queso I expect to get everything but that’s wasn’t the case. I only received one burrito… that’s it.

I dined in about a week ago because I was in the area. I was surprised by how dirty the facility was. Napkins on the floor, baskets left on the table. It’s clear that no employees are walking through the premises to see what needs to be cleaned up. Very disappointing, I’ve never seen this at any other Chipotle before.

This is consistently the Best! Chipotle in the area. The ingredients are always fresh (for sure during Lunch) and hot. The flavor 😋 is great. Staff is very efficient as well.

Horrible run place. Cold food, no one understands English. Wish i could dump on the floor of the bathroom so these lazy workers got something to actually do.

This place is a scam, the lady charged me for extra meat when no one ordered or was served anything extra. Two burritos exactly the same. After reading the reviews I am not the only person with this complaint. The Florida department of state and business regulation should investigate this location. After I complained they refunded the money and claimed a misunderstanding, but please how many people have they done this to?

I spent $18 on 3 tacos and they sucked.

Love chiptole but several of us just walked out due to the food bar crawling with BUGS. BEWARE. I called corporate and let them know because the employees at this restaurant was notified of the infestation yet didn’t think it’s a big deal. Nor did they clean anything after being alerted there’s BUGS IN THE
