I loooove Chipotle. But I eat at this location every once in a while and every time I go there's always at least one one thing off about the experience. Sometimes its the taste of the food, often times its the cleanliness of where they dish your food, sometimes it's the attitudes of the employees. Also the line always takes extra long to get through no matter how long it is. I still go though bc I love chipotle's food and its convenient. I never write bad reviews...

Went here on a Saturday night and somehow they were out of cheese, guac, and steak. Making it impossible to order my regular meal. The food I did receive was cooked properly and portions were good, however there is no excuse for running out of shredded cheese.

i go to this chipotle a lot, and am frequently disappointed by the customer service…. but recently it seems they have new staff and are being very well trained! just wanted to leave this review here so whoever’s in charge knows the staff is changing things for the better. i came in today at 12:45 pm and was pleasantly surprised by how polite the young girl making the food was, and the guy at the register who i don’t think is very new was nice as always. :)
