How many more times are they going to keep messing up my orders.
This time they forgot my rice and beans, this is annoying to deal with.

Worker gave false information when asked if code was needed for the buy a burrito get entree free and turned out you didn't have to. Poor service. Food wasn't to warm and barely and flavor. Wraps were chewy and not easy to eat. Overall worst experience ever.

The staff seemed unhappy to be there. The floors and tables weren’t cleaned, the soda machine had no ice, and the food trays were disgustingly dirty.

There is little complain as cars as the food goes at Chipotle.
I have been to almost all the Ft Myers and Cape Coral locations, and just walking into a store is very depressing. Rarely does anyone smile or laugh.
If you need salt and/or pepper. You get a paper towel with the condiment dumped on it.
It is our least favorite place to visit.

I had a disappointing experience at this location tonight. After waiting in a line that stretched around the restaurant for at least 20 minutes, I reached the counter to place my order. When I choosing toppings I asked for cheese on the burrito, the server added only a little bit. A lot less than normal so I asked for more. Instead of adding a normal amount, the employee put the smallest pinch on one end of the burrito and immediately strated to roll it up.
When I asked why she couldn’t add more, she smiled awkwardly and said, ‘It’s our last pan of cheese.’ If that was truly the case, it would have been helpful and expected for staff to communicate that upfront. With a line full of customers behind me, it’s hard to imagine that amount of cheese would last more than a few minutes. Regardless, the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On top of that the guacamole was completely bland (just mashed avocado with no seasoning), and portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual.
This didn’t feel like an isolated situation. Based on my experience and other feedback for this location, there seems to be a recurring customer-service issue that needs attention. I’m not someone who complains lightly, and I normally leave fair, balanced reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it warrants attention.

absolutely tragic experience i don’t know why they keep hiring young people with the most disgusting attitudes and terrible work ethic. I was helped by a short round hispanic girl who seemed like she did not want to be there at all and thought it was okay to take it out on the customers. her coworker obviously looked over it as well so she doesn’t seem like much of a team player. chipotle must be doing charity cases now im assuming

So I came in here on October 19, 2025 at 12 PM. I got one bowl which normally comes out to $11 and some change. I just paid $25 and some change for one bowl because I got extra meat. They charged me an extra $10 for extra meat. ?????????
-
I don’t know what kind of meat they think they have, but I hope when I open up my lid, I got gold under there 😠😡
I was gonna just leave it there and not even pay for it because I was so pissed because nobody said anything I just said put a little bit of extra meat on there. That’s all I said I say that every time I go in there and then so because she put a couple little extra pieces of meat on there they charged me $10????
That what I got was not even worth $10 because I only get rice and meat that’s it. I got rice& meat and I get charged $25 and some change that doesn’t even make any sense. Can the owner or the manager please help me with the math for this?

I eat at Chipotle all the time. In my home area they know my order when I walk in. Today for the first time in over 20 states and dozens of cities and towns. I was charged $1.60 for vinaigrette sauce! $1.60 a cup! for what I have gotten for FREE at every location I have been to in this country. The excuse given was there was no button on the register for it! I am at a loss for words. Someone needs to fix the registers at this location. To be charged such an exorbitant price for a free condiment is crazy.
