Do not offer delivery if you do not stand behind it. I had an order get picked up by the driver the Chipotle app selected. Once the driver had the food the order was cancelled. They don’t have a direct line to the store. They have an automated robot that doesn’t help online. When you go into the location they tell you to contact corporate. Terrible awful service. I’m out the money and the reward points I used for my son’s meal. No interest in resolving the issue either

Spent almost $30 on two burritos and one soda it was the most awful food I've ever eaten the server Threw It On The Burrito didn't even lay it on their nicely it look like serving prison food

Marian Bravo, the laughable general manager, should be fired immediately. Tonight was the most unprofessional displays I’ve ever seen in my life.

This evening my wife and I went to pick up chipotle for our family. We went in to order and things were fine until Marian Bravo the general manager came in to help. She started yelling “come on, come on. Hurry. We have to move. We have 5 minutes” she proceeded to try to rush through our order, not even allowing me to finish ordering before trying to take people’s order that were not even to the counter yet. She had the whole line backed up and the people trying to check us out at the register were having a hard time keeping up and we’re obviously stressed by her yelling at them to “rush”. Orders were all mixed up because she was trying to rush everyone. I said, “Excuse me, I don’t know why you are rushing but we are missing an order because you are trying to rush us” Marian Bravo’s response was to yell through the restaurant “We are just doing our job. We are being audited” she continued to yell “3 minutes” “now 2 minutes” while also hurrying and rushing people through their orders.

The lady in front of us was charged for our food because it was all mixed up from Marian Bravo’ pushing orders down the line so fast that people could not even pay. The lady in front of us ended up with our order. I want to be clear that the rest of the staff was fine, scared of Marian, but they were not the issue. Obviously this audit that you all were having is tied to her compensation. And the audit was clearly monetary and not based on customer satisfaction at all. The entire restaurant was upset and uncomfortable. She should be fired. I’ve never seen someone treat their employees nor their customers like this. She was talking to all of us like we were dogs. Everyone in the line was apologizing to the rest of the staff that they had to deal with Marian as their boss. Here is my “audit” of my visit, the monetary result is we won’t be back to that location or any location that Marian Bravo is working at. This is a bad look. I would embarrassed to have a general manager acting like this in a crowded restaurant yelling at employees and airing the fact that you all were having this audit in the first place. I’ll include her card in the photos just in case it redacts her name.

This location is so stingey with ingredients, especially if you’re doing an order pickup. My bowl was made up of 80% rice.

The reports of skimping at chipotle are true!! I just ordered a bowl and the woman with a very bad attitude gave me the smallest portion of steak I’ve ever seen. She said to me “you get one scoop. We will charge you for another one!” I told her to forget it and I walked out. I went home and made a pizza. Hey chipotle management, keep ripping off your customers and you won’t have any left. Better retrain your help as well. They need to be reminded that without customers, they wouldn’t have a job!!!! Avoid chipotle!! Big ripoff.

What a horrible experience the Manager in that location has poor leadership the food was nasty and old after I asked if they had fresh food I was ignored and when I was given my change back the change was thrown to me; it’s sad how an organization can provide such horrible food and be excepted in our community. That manger should be fired for the idiotic leadership that he represents.

Stuck ship

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Chipotle was frustrating enough that I feel like I should say something. I came in with my girlfriend and ordered a burrito. Right away, the woman helping me seemed like she didn’t want to be there, no greeting, no basic customer service, just rushed through everything like a robot. When they finished wrapping my burrito, it was shockingly small, so small it was honestly kind of ridiculous. I said out loud, “My burrito looks way too small,” and the employees looked at me, then completely ignored it. I sat down and compared mine to my girlfriend’s — we had ordered the same exact thing, but hers was noticeably larger. So I went up to ask why mine was so different. That same employee came back up and immediately started speaking with attitude, really fast and in a way that felt aggressive. She was dismissive and even insulted me calling me a “crank” in front of everyone who was chiming in. Her employees and Manager were all there involved. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they just tried to calm her down. What bothers me most is that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this attitude with this same employee. I remembered her from a visit a few weeks back when she had the same exact attitude. It seems like nothing has changed. I will say the manager was extremely nice , but it doesn’t seem like this employee is being held accountable for how she treats customers. I don’t like being made to feel like I’m the problem when all I did was what a normal customer would do when they feel they were skimped out on food they PAID for!!

I come to this chipotle often and every time it’s an issue. They give the smallest portions and the manager is always hovering over the employees making the bowls making sure they serve less than adequate portions. If you order on the app to go expect even less than you would walking in. They need to be held to the portion sizes they advertise considering the price they charge. It’s a shame

My experience every single time here at this chipotle I come in and there’s a wave of negativity from some of the more senior employees and on the other hand there’s other employees that seem lost like they don’t know what they are doing. It seems like there might be a toxic work environment here and it’s uncomfortable for me even as a customer. The food is regular and they do seem like its kept up which is good. Still there bad attitudes make me want to drive further to another chipotle.
