So I actually got so violently ill from this location, I ended up at urgent care. Right after eating my bowl (which had steak, white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and salsa and guacamole) I started feeling really sick. A stomach pain like no other. I just kinda threw it off like maybe I just ate too fast or something. I didn’t sleep the whole night suffering with stomach pain and it lasted all day the next day. It finally went away after a day and a half and then I started getting sick and ended up going to Urgent Care. Unfortunately I never got an answer if it was food poisoning or what, but I was absolutely fine until I ate that bowl so I have stayed far away from this location after that (this was in January 2024). It’s actually keeping me from eating at Chipotle as a whole. I’ve gotten food poisoning from Chipotles many times before when we lived in WA and for some reason I keep coming back ? which is my fault haha but yeah I’m completely done with Chipotle.

Lady serving at the counter super rude and aggressive. After paying and asking for sour cream- she put it in a container and went on to say it’s extra. After telling her forget about it- she still did not give me the side she already put in a container. This type of energy makes me never want to come back to this chipotle again!

Horrible service. We ask for a kids meal and two adult bowls, when we went to pay they wanted to charge us full price. They were closing and obviously they did not want to serve us. They said they had no more cheese and no kids containers but we can give you a small portion and charge you for a kids meal in a regular bowl with a smaller portion. When we went to pay they said we can’t do that and were very rude. It’s unfortunate and we left! I understand you want to go home but it was unnecessary for the way they treated and handled the situation but I guess that’s horrible management.

Chipotle has gone way down hill. Over $37.43 for two bonito bowls. One of which was Sofritas. Both had Guacamole. They charged $3.40 for each or the large drives. That’s just crazy. The chips tasted old. It was almost 5:09 pm and they were out of steak. Oh and they were totally out of cheese.

Ugh. I haven’t been to Chipotle in a long time and I certainly don’t plan on going back. I’ve heard a lot of people complain about Chipotle going down hill lately and they aren’t wrong. This location really proved that point. We got two burrito bowls, two drinks, and a bag of chips for $40 dollars! The sodas taste like chlorine like they aren’t maintaining their soda machine. The chips definitely are not made in house anymore. They were terrible and stale. On to the burrito bowls. The food was lukewarm. That’s pretty disturbing. I’m skeptical if they are keeping their food at safe temperatures. Everything was the same texture; mushy. Everything is overly acidic. Finally the service. They were out of cheese and steak at 5pm. How you let yourself run out of ingredients and serve mediocre food while not maintaining your equipment is beyond me. The general public is right. Chipotle really has gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

WORST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER BEEN, DONT GIVE FULL SCOOPS, ASKED FOR A VINAIGRETTE SAUCE ON THE SIDE OF MY BOWL AND THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS EXTRA. I NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR A VINAGRETE SAUCE IN ANY OTHER LOCATION THEY TRIED TO CHARGE 3.50 CENTS FOR A SAUCE.Manager has no manners no smile no nothing. No thank you. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Disgusting

I'm giving this Chipotle 5 stars because I've realized not all Chipotles are peaceful like this one. The workers are nice and converse with their customers, the food is ideal, the atmosphere is quiet and clean. I like to come here to decompress and I love it that they have the vinaigrette. I have this theory that if you order online, they give you less portions, so I rather just go in person

Don’t usually do reviews because I understand things happen but Stopped in two hours before they closed, and honestly didn’t have half the menu this has been happening for a while now. Not sure why they can’t have rice two hours before closing that’s the easiest menu item. They clean up by 8:30 and look at you weird if you walk in after 8 even if it’s a to go order… I come to this chipotle 3-4 times a week by might have to change that
