Food was great. Seafood paella was good, but the steak and shrimp stole the show. Elizabeth was very nice and attentive.

Stopped in for the very first time this evening. We tried some of everything. Fantastic service. Fresh, delicious dishes. Great atmosphere. Definitely plan on going back.

Service was okay. Food was not the best. Super small plates. The waiters were eating at the bar right next to us while we were eating 8pm. Not professional or welcoming environment

I left this restaurant incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Let me be clear: this is by no fault of the welcoming and attentive waiter, who did their best. The real issue lies in the food and management’s standards.

When has it become acceptable for a restaurant that charges a premium price for churrasco steak to serve low-quality, skin-filled, tough, hard-to-chew meat? Just horrible. For the price being asked, one expects quality, but instead I was left wondering why I paid so much when there are many other options available at far less cost.

On top of that, even some of the most basic sides were unavailable. There is no excuse for this—having the waiter offer a sorrowful response is not an acceptable solution. Guests shouldn’t be put in that position, nor should staff have to apologize for management’s failures.

This review is intended for the person in charge of this restaurant. It’s not written lightly, but as a reflection of genuine frustration from a paying customer who expected much more. If you want to charge premium prices, start by serving quality food and offering the basics customers reasonably expect.

First time visiting Chuchi's and I will tell you the service was top tier. Our server immediately came and welcomed us. She was answering all of our questions with ease and recommended so many options. We noticed right away how clean the establishment was and that is super important. The bartender and other staff were very professional kind and knowledgeable. We started with appetizers and they were delicious. The empanadas were tasty and not dry. The entrees were very good and we will definitely be back.

I have an adopted Cuban daughter who has been asking for Cuban food and I haven’t really enjoyed Cuban food at other restaurants thus far. This was definitely my favorite! Lots of choices, get a lot of food, affordable, the waitress was very patient with us as my daughter is the only one that speaks Spanish. I highly recommend this restaurant, it was delicious, a nice experience, and great romantic or family atmosphere. Will definitely venture out to Cape for this restaurant again.

Celebrated my girlfriends birthday recently at the restaurant. It was our first time at Chuchi’s, and only deciding on it by the reviews. It did not disappoint and in fact they accommodated a large party of 18 people and excelled with the decorations and service. The food was amazingly prepared, fast and delicious. Service was best we have had in a while. Highly recommended.
