Einstein Bros. Bagels

I just placed an order over the app and when I got home I noticed that we were missing the cookie we ordered. I had low expectations as my girlfriend advised me that the workers were very rude to her the last 3 times she went. If you order from here, make sure to double check your order and probably best to just order online.

Not really great. The drive-thru order taker kept repeating back our order wrong. They ended up giving us an extra sandwich because she still had it wrong and had already made.

I'm a huge fan of their 6 cheese bagels , I just wish they had a place in South Ft Myers.

I love Einstein Bagel. Every time I go out of town, I have to go because of positive experiences and delicious food! I've had an issue with the eggs the last 4 times I've been to this specific Einstein Bagel in Cape Coral FL. I understand the eggs are fresh from an actual egg. But the last 4x I've found egg shells. Once in a while it was fine. I've never complained about it until today. After the 3rd shell I didnt want to eat my bagel no more. Someone has to do better in the kitchen...

The food isn't bad, but the amount of food you're getting for what you pay for is not enough in my opionion

I’ve been here a few times, it’s not too bad. A little pricey but what isn’t. However the last two times, one of them ordering in drive thru and the other picking up at my designated time, my sandwiches were completely lukewarm. Today I ordered a cinnamon bun because there was a coupon for a free sandwich with all orders.. I take the box out of the bag and this is what the box looked like. I have no idea what happened, it’s super greasy, looks like it may have fallen on the floor or just been in a super dirty area.. then I open the box and it’s clear the cinnamon bun had fallen upside down, which could be why the box is greasy (still doesn’t explain the other dirty marks). Then I took a bite of it and it was completely hard (supposed to be “served warm”) and just tasted like old burnt bread. Super disappointed. I didn’t even want to eat it with how the box looked. I would never give someone a take out box that looks like this….

Friendly and fast service

The staff was very nice and helpful in answering questions. Food was great. Loved the coffee. Very clean. You can also sit outside. Loved the bagels but missed having lox and cream cheese spread.

I’ve never ate in person here but I’ve ordered delivery. Their bagels are delicious and can’t forget the hashbrownss

Everytime I order a hot coffee (Carmel macchiato) they give me an iced coffee. I even verify I am ordering a hot coffee and it doesn’t say iced anywhere on it and still I am given an iced coffee. This has happens every single time. I love their coffee and breakfast bagels but never getting an order correct ruins it for me.

Not welcoming at all , not a hello, Gm, or will be right there ,dead silent. I got a serve save manager certificate, and what I saw in 5 min waiting not acceptable. Just to mention one I saw a worker that grabbed a a coffee cup and stuck 3 fingers in the inside of the cup and then filled it with cofffee not good , I didn’t eat there I can’t speak on the food I was picking up for uber eats , I hope you train your crew a bit better .
