The lady's there are fast, do an amazing job at keeping the pace and engaging with the customers. The positive environment, the way at the gesture they all thank you. It's a fun experience!

Ordered 5 ice cream cups on line, paid premium price for cold stone. Picked up order and the 1 premium gotta have it signature sunday was made completely incorrect with the wrong flavor ice cream. I took it back in the store and showed them the sunday and my online order and the girl said that's not how it showed up on her side. She proceeded to make the correct sunday however she made a love it size, is explained it wss supposed to be a gotta have it size and she preceded to say " I scooped it big and see this cup fits right inside the gift a have it cup" !!! I said thats not what i paid for and before I said something inappropriate I told her to just give it to me and i left. I will NEVER go there again. I recommend no one goes there, compmete arrogance from teenage employees that are unsupervised .

I usually like to come here to enjoy a nice refreshing ice cream but today I noticed the man whom seemed to be in charge had an aggressive attitude towards his employees. A young woman was making my ice cream (she was doing just fine) and he was over the top grabbing her to fix it aggressively. Cold stone…do better. Treat your employees well.

Ordered a ice cream cake for my husband they told me to pickup it up before 1pm so I did and the cake wasn't ready. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting no customers around then asked me if I want it in a bag so I said yes the bag had chocolate and sticky substance all over it couldn't say anything cause the kid ran off.Most unprofessional place

I've been going to Coldstone Creamery since opening 35 yrs. Ago. Always ordered same thing.. this location is worst. Would not let me order what I've ordered for 35 yrs. For takeout. Counterproductive was rude.

This was my first visit to Cold Stone in Cape Coral, and probably my last.The ice cream wasn’t too bad but the waffle bowl was another story. I was so excited and then so very, very disappointed. I broke off a couple of different pieces, but that didn’t help. Waffle bowl had a weird smell and tasted worse…what I imagine household cleaner would taste like. I hope I don’t get sick….

They messed up my delivery order. They gave me something nasty I'd never order instead, and so it went uneaten. When I called, the kid said, "All I can do is make you a new one if you come in." At 10 pm, are you kidding me?! Then he told me "well if you come in tomorrow between 1:30-5 when I'm working, then I can make it for you." So now I have one chance and must disrupt my schedule because of your screw up? Riduculous. I selected an option for them to blast freeze my items so they wouldn't melt on the way here. I've had it done before, and I can safely hazard they did not do it this time. 2 of my 3 items were on their sides, half melted, and leaking! I didn't realize my small order of 3 items was vastly complicated beyond the comprehension of the store and delivery staff. Now let's take a poke at the horrendous atmosphere, shall we? They haven't remodeled since they opened, they never dust, if a display or furniture breaks they'll never fix/replace it, parts of the walls are ripped and dug into, and presentation is poorly managed. It gives you the overall vibe of a run down shop with cheap owners that hire kids to save a couple bucks and yet have such a horrible turnaround rate of employees they don't care putting in any effort to train them properly. Even Mcdonalds offers better service and a more upkept environment.

I ordered fir rhe wrong day, and when I called back they couldn't fix. 15 minutes later the manager called me back and fixed it. Loved the cup cakes and the service. Will always come back and recommend to everyone.
