Sing on door says they open at 11, not open at 11:30 , guy behind counter looks like he hasn’t seen a shower in weeks . He never unlocked the doors .

Always a great spot to stop for ice cream

I just came to this location, its 9:52pm, they close at 10, but they were cleaning, they said they couldn’t do cash and there were no toppings, just Ice cream by itself . Clearly they were just ready to go even though it was open.

The milkshakes were good, the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that we submitted our order with our names on each milkshake, but they didn’t write them down, so we had to do a taste check on two of them to figure out which was which.

I am honestly shocked this place is still in business. Obviously the ice cream is delicious but the customer service is terrible. The franchise owner needs to stop hiring teenagers who don't care for a business. Walked in, no hello, no how can I help, made us wait at the counter for 7 minutes while they put things away, swept behind me, wiped off counters and went into the back kitchen. I completely understand being tired and wanting to go home but this is a business, you need to understand if this isn't something you are willing to help grow, then quit while you're ahead or owner please fire them. I'm spending $18 on a 'Like it' with 2 toppings the least you can do is make my experience worth it. This owner needs to seriously reevaluate his/her team if they want this place to keep getting customers in. Team needs to understand stop what they are doing, help customer, and come back to whatever it is that was so pressing other than making a human connection, it will only help your tips (just a suggestion).

My review is based on the service, not the products. I walked in and there were 2 persons behind the counter. One literally looked at me, got some ice cream and turned around to the back counter at the wall. No hello, no type of greeting, not even a smile. The other person walked over slowly with a stoic expression. Again, no hello, no type of greeting, not even a smile. Terrible service. There have been times where other associates were more welcoming, but that last experience was awful.
When I walk into the local ice cream shop (not Cold Stone) closer to my home, immediately the associates look up and welcome me with a smile. It feels much better being a patron there.

The lady's there are fast, do an amazing job at keeping the pace and engaging with the customers. The positive environment, the way at the gesture they all thank you. It's a fun experience!

Ordered 5 ice cream cups on line, paid premium price for cold stone. Picked up order and the 1 premium gotta have it signature sunday was made completely incorrect with the wrong flavor ice cream. I took it back in the store and showed them the sunday and my online order and the girl said that's not how it showed up on her side. She proceeded to make the correct sunday however she made a love it size, is explained it wss supposed to be a gotta have it size and she preceded to say " I scooped it big and see this cup fits right inside the gift a have it cup" !!! I said thats not what i paid for and before I said something inappropriate I told her to just give it to me and i left. I will NEVER go there again. I recommend no one goes there, compmete arrogance from teenage employees that are unsupervised .

I usually like to come here to enjoy a nice refreshing ice cream but today I noticed the man whom seemed to be in charge had an aggressive attitude towards his employees. A young woman was making my ice cream (she was doing just fine) and he was over the top grabbing her to fix it aggressively. Cold stone…do better. Treat your employees well.

Ordered a ice cream cake for my husband they told me to pickup it up before 1pm so I did and the cake wasn't ready. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting no customers around then asked me if I want it in a bag so I said yes the bag had chocolate and sticky substance all over it couldn't say anything cause the kid ran off.Most unprofessional place
