They messed up my delivery order. They gave me something nasty I'd never order instead, and so it went uneaten. When I called, the kid said, "All I can do is make you a new one if you come in." At 10 pm, are you kidding me?! Then he told me "well if you come in tomorrow between 1:30-5 when I'm working, then I can make it for you." So now I have one chance and must disrupt my schedule because of your screw up? Riduculous. I selected an option for them to blast freeze my items so they wouldn't melt on the way here. I've had it done before, and I can safely hazard they did not do it this time. 2 of my 3 items were on their sides, half melted, and leaking! I didn't realize my small order of 3 items was vastly complicated beyond the comprehension of the store and delivery staff. Now let's take a poke at the horrendous atmosphere, shall we? They haven't remodeled since they opened, they never dust, if a display or furniture breaks they'll never fix/replace it, parts of the walls are ripped and dug into, and presentation is poorly managed. It gives you the overall vibe of a run down shop with cheap owners that hire kids to save a couple bucks and yet have such a horrible turnaround rate of employees they don't care putting in any effort to train them properly. Even Mcdonalds offers better service and a more upkept environment.

I ordered fir rhe wrong day, and when I called back they couldn't fix. 15 minutes later the manager called me back and fixed it. Loved the cup cakes and the service. Will always come back and recommend to everyone.

Delicious ice cream, lots of choices to make from. The best chocolate shake I had in a long time, love it. My kids had an Oreo ice cream and chocolate ice cream. They have a small place, with a few table in the store, and also an outdoor seating space. I recommend to stop by for a treat.

I ordered online. Went to pick up my order and was told it wasn't there. Showed them my email confirmation and had to wait for my order to be made. Ordered the Oreo Overload, gotta have it, and they only put 2 oreos in it. Doesn't seem overloaded to me. Just overall not impressed with how they handled the entire situation.

I was so impressed with the custom cake Preeti made for my husband’s 50th birthday. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and explained what I’d like inside and she nailed it! Actually did better!! I was so happy with the time she spent with me and making the perfect cake. I would post a picture but do not see the option to add.
Although the ice cream is good, I don’t appreciate the disrespectful service. Last night I brought my family in for ice cream we are a large family of 13…. The woman manager is not accustomed to crowds because the way she handled things was rude. My grandson only four years old was trying to figure out what he wanted and she proceeded to say, very nasty What does he want! If it wasn’t for families, like mine and children, like my grandson, you would not have a business. And we will not be back anytime soon.

Took my son for his first time, he’s 2. Thought it would be a nice experience. Well I was wrong we were rushed. The girl who waited on us was throwing things around and rolling her eyes. There were 3 employees there. Everyone had a name tag except her. I never leave reviews but this girl was really over the top nasty. I will never go back to this location again. I drove out of my way for this awful experience. Seriously rude and uncalled for behavior. By the way the other 2 employees seemed nice. After reading other reviews on here it’s clear the owner doesn’t care.
