Cape Coral’s best kept secret!! Outstanding food and outstanding service! This place is a Gem!!

Must visit place if you are looking for some GREAT Cuban food. As a cuban who comes from a family that cooks good Cuban food, this food had me with the mmmmm’s and omg’s. The octopus was so tender and delicious and the potatoes were just right. The croquetas were creamy inside and the dipping sauces yummy. The masas fritas were crispy outside and fatty and tender inside with the most tasty lime sour orange marinade. And the mangú and rice and beans were excellent too. Just a very solid, fresh, and delicious little spot. The food just tastes like it was made with love ❤️

Incredible Cuban cuisine! This is not just food, it is high end Cuban cuisine at an affordable price. We ordered three dishes and they were all wonderfully good but my favorite was the tamale. The flavors were incredible and the plating was impressive. You can really tell that this food was not prepared by a cook. It is Chef level Cuban cuisine.

I will definetely go out of my way to eat here again.

We were in town for vacation for a week and had to go to pick up Collado's TWICE because it was so delicious. We especially loved the sandwich de bistec, paella, Vaca frita & rabo de res! Everything was delicious, we can't wait to go back next time we visit Cape Coral.

Collado's deserves a Michelin Star. It's that good. We came in needing a table for 9 and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. The atmosphere was homey and welcoming with only 5 or 6 tables total and most full when we got there. We were sat right in time as the other half of our group arrived. We were served promptly and made to feel like we were already regulars. Every single thing we ordered was phenomenal. It's been one of my favorite experiences dining out... ever! You can tell how much they love what they do ?

Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented business. My oldest son played with the owner's youngest while we had desert.
