We always enjoy Culver’s, but our dinner there tonight was not good. The butter burgers had no seasonings on them. After paying extra to upgrade my meal to onion rings, I expected more than 5 onion rings and did not expect them to be burnt. The root beer and service were the only bright sides to our visit today.

Tried to call and place a pickup order and they told me to hang on a moment???? I was put on hold forever!!!!! I hung up and took my business else where. This is horrible horrible HORRIBLE service worst service I have ever had!!!!!!!!!! I was debating if I should ever come back after my last visit because the food wasn’t the greatest! I decided to give them one last shot. I am NEVER EVER coming back Culver's on cape parkway! You have lost my business FOREVER.

So My wife used the app to order food. It was having issues and sent the food order to cape parkway instead of skyline multiple times. As she orders through the drine thru at skyline They still charged her for the 2 meals, also didn't work with the other store to solve the issue So in total we have spend $100 for 2 meals 2 soft serves 1 pretzel bits with a single sandwich.

Came today for lunch and got the best and sweetest service from Caine through the drive through I didn’t have enough cash to buy a drink because I forgot my wallet and he gave me a dollar to buy one. “hey it’s ok! You got to pay it forward “ This was the sweetest ever and We need more people Like Caine. Trust me it meant a lot. HE IS AWESOME

Constantly forgetting items at the drive thru. Make sure you check to see if you have everything. You can try to get it resolved by calling and they claim they'll send a voucher that never comes. You can then go to the store to see if the issue can be resolved and they'll tell you nothing can be done.
