In the drive thru? CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME!

Constantly forgetting items at the drive thru. Make sure you check to see if you have everything. You can try to get it resolved by calling and they claim they'll send a voucher that never comes. You can then go to the store to see if the issue can be resolved and they'll tell you nothing can be done.

Imagine losing a customer over $5 worth of fries.
