Domino's Pizza

Every Sunday my boyfriend and I get dominos as our treat for the week and I have to say... Not only is this place a well oiled machine... the pizza is absolutely phenomenal and truly makes our evening. We consistently order the same thing, because it's always 10/10. The Brooklyn style Philly cheese steak pizza, the thin crust barbecue chicken pizza, and the spinach & feta bread NEVER disappoint. You make every Sunday evening a wonderful evening for me. When I came into the store, I told the employees that their hard work doesn't go unnoticed, and I hope that you know you genuinely make peoples day- by serving quality pies at an amazing price. This establishment is ran by the best, every time I go here my order is done to my specific requests, always fast, and they offer a drive-thru pickup window to save money from delivery. The workers here are always slammed with customers yet always deliver good food on time. The pizza is also very good, and I’m Italian so that means something.

Domino's never disappoints! The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered. The delivery was quick, and the driver was friendly. Great taste and excellent service—perfect for a quick and satisfying meal

It was dry and overcooked

Tonight’s pizza was extremely dry and overcooked. The vegetables were beyond recognition. I ordered extra mushrooms but skimpy and shriveled up. I had stopped ordering from this store a few years back but thought I would give them a chance. I won’t be calling again.

I wait a lot time to pick up my pizza on the window, I specify pick up inside of the store, is 9:30pm and lobby is closed

This the first time that my wife and I were so disappointed. Both our pies were DRY OVER COOKED. It also looks like they are starting to skimp on the pizza dough. It appears more like a thin crust than regular. Very, very surprised. Hopefully it will only be this one time.

This pizza Domino's store has managed to create a pizza I did not think was possible. A pizza without tomato sauce, that's right, this store has managed to create such a pizza. I have eaten cheese thin crust pizza with the tomato sauce rather thin but this store managed to create one without any tomato sauce at all.

This is much less about the food and more about the service.

I ordered delivery and the delivery driver was very passive aggressive about a tip that I was fully willing to give (and even thought I did) but made the situation very awkward and unprofessional. So much so it’s still bothering me hours later.

The story:

I thought I included the tip via checkout in the app with Apple Pay for 15% however it didn’t go through. I asked the driver to leave the pizza at the door as I was in work meetings and told my son once they drop it off please open the door and bring it in. So my son does along with a clipboard. I sign it and write “included” were the top was I I believed I already ripped. The receipt has no breakdown of pricing. I was also more surprised that they would make this SOP to just stand in my driveway waiting when the option I clicked was to drop it off.

So I go out to meet the driver who asks about the tip in a manner that came off as rude and as if I was a bad person for not tipping when I was sure I did. I said “ok maybe it didn’t go though let me check the app”. So I did, and he is in the background letting me know how it’s all my fault as I do. As it turns out the tip didn’t go through so I give the driver $5 like I thought I did. (Dominos is less than 0.3 miles away)

When I hand him back the recipe I am meet with even more passive aggressive remarks for an error. I did meet those remarks with my own saying something like “well you were very pushy.”

Such a bad experience from what usually is such a good place.

Additionally, I pick up most of my orders and have even tipped this same man in the past for large order I have picked up.
