Employees are so rude and unprofessional. They make their customers wait 10-15 for one drink because they’re too busy making tiktoks and not working. corporate needs to investigate this location do some serious improving, it’s sad they’d rather lose loyal costumers because they won’t hold their horrible workers accountable.

I went to the Dunkin donuts today Saturday November 15th I frequent there a lot and today I was told by a very rude employee by the name of James that I could not have my drink the way I like it which I've had several several times since I've lived in this location for over 20 years so I got nothing and I will no longer go to that dunkin' donuts and I will tell everyone I know about this experience that I've had. When I asked his name he said go ahead and complain about me, I don't care.

I have never had a good experience at this location. The ladies here are SO RUDE it’s ridiculous! There’s one with an accent and then a dark haired one who are unpleasant every single time. Whoever owns this location needs to go in and re-evaluate his employees because from the other reviews I’m not the only one seeing this issue!

LOVE CITY

I understand working the drive-through on a Saturday morning could be very undesirable but WOW…..they need people with a better attitude in the mornings. The lady at the window gave me instant depression when I got my breakfast. Please train your morning weekend staff to at least pretend to be happy. Hope she heals from whatever she’s going through. Nothing personal but I won’t be coming back.

This is literally just a drive thru location. You can't go inside. The line was a little bit long so I waited for about 10 minutes just to get to the window and place an order but the coffee and bagel sandwich was delicious. Just make sure you add chipotle sauce to your sandwich. It makes it even better!

The young man that worked on Aug 26th at 243pm needs to be humble, not get offended if he made the wrong drink or he heard me wrong.Just remake and or I can order. Giving attitude us arguing over the mic over a mistake is crazy.
