The young man that worked on Aug 26th at 243pm needs to be humble, not get offended if he made the wrong drink or he heard me wrong.Just remake and or I can order. Giving attitude us arguing over the mic over a mistake is crazy. Lately this location has been terrible. The one young man who works there is amazing. The rest are incompetent and rude. They told me to pull into a parking spot to wait for 2 sandwiches that take 2 minutes to make. I've been working on restaurants my whole life. It's terrible.

I had a question about the $5 meal deal on the menu. The young kid answered rudly then said "I guess your not ready to order yet". When we got to window he was very rude. Once he was done handing us our food and drinks, he slammed the window in my face while I tried to explain he shouldn't be rude to customers. When I asked to speak to manager he said she wasn't there and told us to leave. Worst customer service ever. Will never go here again

I’m not sure what’s been up with this dunkin location lately but their coffees have just been terrible. Some days it tastes like old coffee that is never fresh and other days it tastes like straight watered down espresso. I’ve had to go back and get coffees remade and some days I’ve had to suck it up and go to a different dunkin because I literally could not drink it. This is frustrating because I come here regularly and lately I feel it’s become a complete waste of money to even attempt to get a good coffee here. Now I drive the extra to go to the other nearest dunkin instead.

The female Hispanic manager is the rudest lady I’ve ever met. All the employees are so rude. That store needs to be shut down. Will never go there again

Fastest Dunkin’ I ever been to the most clean one as well and I was running late to work and taking my kids to school needed them to hurry they did have a long line, but they moved thru it quickly and made sure my kids weren’t late to school was so nice and all employees with smiles on their faces ?
