The employee who takes orders/works the window with fake looking red haired who wears a Morgan Wallen hoodie is SO terribly rude. I can’t believe she’s been there as long as she has. She argues with customers then shuts the drive thru window in their faces. I probably won’t be back to this location because I don’t want to see her smug face again. Do better! All the other employees are great, just not her. She needs to be fired or put in the back where she has no interactions with customers. I drove ten minutes further to go to a different Dunkin after she was incredibly rude to me & another patron this morning. She needs to be let go! I also left a review with the Dunkin service line letting them know how inexcusably rude she is. Bad look.
Very impressed.
Worth the wait NO !
Worth the money, NO !
I recently moved back to Cape Coral, and in the spirit of getting settled, I thought I’d treat myself to some Dunkin’ because who doesn’t love a coffee and a donut, right? But every time I visit this location (and I’m now on my fourth attempt), I leave feeling more like I’ve been through a test of patience than a coffee run.
It’s not that the line is long; I get it, sometimes there’s a rush, and we all have to wait our turn. What baffles me is how slow the process is. I’m currently in the drive-thru line while writing this review (20 minutes and counting), and I haven’t even made it to the order speaker yet.
There were three people inside when I drove by so it’s not that they’re overwhelmed with a full house. It’s coffee and donuts this isn’t a Michelin-star restaurant. I’m not asking for a soufflé; I just want an iced coffee and maybe a muffin.
It makes me wonder: how do businesses like this stay afloat when the basic function of a drive-thru moving cars through efficiently seems like an afterthought?
I really want to support local businesses and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this isn’t a one-off issue. It’s been consistently this slow every time I’ve visited, and I’m left wondering if I’ll make it through the line before my coffee craving turns into full-blown frustration.
Here’s to hoping for improvement because I really don’t want to give up on my Dunkin’ runs.
AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!😛

I come to this Dunkin all the time and I've never ever had any complaints but today I received my breakfast with 2 bottoms and unfortunately was a little dissatisfied with how I got my sandwich today, the top of the bagel is always my favorite and I always looks forward to it and silly as it sounds but being 8 months pregnant I look forward to the little things I crave .

Came to the Dunkin off pine island road near crunch today, when I got home I came home to both of my sandwiches looking like this. When I presented this issue to the manager he continued to try and justify the mold on the sandwiches. Manager offered me a refund and new food, as I went to get my food in store the manager was extremely rude and continued to argue that the green stuff on the sandwiches was not mold. As the manager began to refund me in the store him and his higher up manager began to bring up the topic up again and shout at me about the sandwiches stating that this is not mold on them. I stated to the manager “please just make my food so I can leave” and the manager stated “that is okay I will, but I don’t take no Bullshit!1” as a customer this is not how you’re suppose to get spoken to by an employee by any means. I did not come in the store rude, any anger or feeling any type of way, this entire store is very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

Order took too long, it was skipped, the food was cold, the new employees are scatterbrained. Would not recommend.
Paid 25 in cash then 10 and change on debut but how is quality up and down. Usually not a problem but the Chai Latte they gave my friend is straight creamer. Like way too much cream and you can't even drink it.

We were in yesterday after placing mobile order. We ordered a hot coffee and cold coffee. The hot was not even a third of cup of liquid! What the heck! The place was absolutely mobbed so we didn’t go back in. Tried to contact to complain, no way to get past the stuff to actually leave complaint!

I ordered from Uber eats and I was missing a donut and 5 munchkins. I also ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher and I’m pretty sure it’s expired. I worked at a dunkin before and not once has it looked like this.
