I come in here all the time, the food is always good and the service is fine, the only problem is, is that they never fill their drinks all the way, just went this afternoon and they handed me this as my drink, not a single sip taken but other than that. Still live, laugh, love Dunkin

Walked in this evening and the service is horrible. The two ladies were rude didn’t great and I waited to order for a good 30mins . I said hello and no response back just nasty attitude. Probably the worst customer service ever. I will not be coming to this dunken donuts again. First time and my last.

If I could, I would leave a negative star. Giving you a 1 star feels so generous and wrong. To the girl with the high pony tail and bright eyeshadows, NOT ONE TIME HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT. I live near by so this location it’s the most convenient but needless to say I will be going out of my way to get my coffee because your service just sucks. Usually I just try to be nice and take the wrong items and just drive away, but today you really went above and beyond for all the wrong reasons. THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE THERE! How do you mess up an order even when you are not busy? I asked for my order and repeated myself a second time and asked you for a HOT coffee, a HOT caramel chocolate shaken espresso and you kept cutting me off asking me what size. Get to the window and it takes for ever to get the coffee (even though you guys had no customers, nobody else waiting for their drinks). Then finally hand me an iced coffee on a 36 degree weather. I said I’m so sorry, I asked you for a hot coffee. And you said we don’t make those hot with such a nasty attitude like how dare I say something. Well ma’am you should have been trained better, attached below is a picture from the app with your location selected where it does says you do sell it hot or could have make it hot. And if you did not sell it you should have said so, I could have asked for a different hot item. But the problem really it’s not even the iced coffee. It’s your entitled attitude, always get the item wrong, the size wrong, the whole coffee wrong, you don’t have an ingredient? Instead of asking if I want something else because you don’t have all the ingredients you still make it and charge and after the fact say we didn’t have the ingredient. And if you ask for a modification? The nastiest attitude over the speaker and I don’t even know why bother to ask when you still will not do what asked. It’s the fact that I did not ask you to work there, you choose that on your own. You don't have to be a sunshine at 5:45 in the morning but at least have the decency to care for your job and make the order correctly, you are not doing me a favor, I am paying you money for the items. The least you can do is make them right. And if this was a one time thing? I get it. But I have lived in the same house for 7 years and I have stop there on and off because the location just keeps getting worse and worse and this has been your attitude and carelessness since you started working the windows in the morning. Don’t lie to customers and do your job, there are many jobs out there where you don’t have to talk to customers if you dislike it so much.

The staff is friendly but they put cream in a coffee order clearly noted as milk and sugar... not once but constantly. So I end up throwing it out and wasting my money as I can't drink cream.

when we went there my bf ordered 2 wake up wraps and had to repeat to the girl 3 times that he wanted 2 and not 1. then he ordered one order of hashbrowns and she continued to charge us for 2 orders. once we got the food we realized everything was messed up. This girl gave us bagels instead of the wraps that we asked for. the whole experience was honestly just a hot mess and they had no idea what they were even doing

$15 for two coffees I asked for two shots of espresso and both of them and it still taste like water never ever going back to Dunkin. I don’t even know why I ever try. Cuban coffee shops are where the real coffee is!

I was at the Nicholas Pkwy location at 530am. They were fully staffed and completely on their game. Call in orders , counter and drive thru were all expedited w efficiency and speed. Everyone was so friendly attentive and alert. I was asked by 3 different staff members if I had been helped. They were patient while my grandkids decided what they wanted and helped them w choices by answering their questions on their level and even making suggestions based on their questions. Overall, we were all very happy and will definitely return to this specific location. Thank you to all the early morning crew today, you made our morning amazing.

Slowest drive thru of all time. I love Dunkin but this place is a whole other level of a slow pace. Waited almost an hour to get a coffee. The way the parking lot is set up it’s almost impossible to get out of the line once in it (there is a popular gym next door)

I just saw a post on how a women took the ice out of her cup and the drink was 1 ounce. This is rediculous paying for what you’re getting and two sips of your coffee and it’s done. I also ordered another iced coffee and it was pure milk. This is rediculous

I normally don’t like to complain or leave a bad review but anytime I order anything at this location they always get it wrong and then give attitude in return when you ask them to correct it. I am very respectful when I ask for what is missing and when I tell them they gave me the wrong drink they get so worked up.

Love Dunkin Donuts! But…this is the new norm. You get SIX hashrounds for $1.49! SIX…..they don’t fill the bag like they used to, you only get SIX. That’s per the manager who was very kind. Just more corporate greed. Love Dunkin though!
