I was at the Nicholas Pkwy location at 530am. They were fully staffed and completely on their game. Call in orders , counter and drive thru were all expedited w efficiency and speed. Everyone was so friendly attentive and alert. I was asked by 3 different staff members if I had been helped. They were patient while my grandkids decided what they wanted and helped them w choices by answering their questions on their level and even making suggestions based on their questions. Overall, we were all very happy and will definitely return to this specific location. Thank you to all the early morning crew today, you made our morning amazing.

Slowest drive thru of all time. I love Dunkin but this place is a whole other level of a slow pace. Waited almost an hour to get a coffee. The way the parking lot is set up it’s almost impossible to get out of the line once in it (there is a popular gym next door)

I just saw a post on how a women took the ice out of her cup and the drink was 1 ounce. This is rediculous paying for what you’re getting and two sips of your coffee and it’s done. I also ordered another iced coffee and it was pure milk. This is rediculous

I normally don’t like to complain or leave a bad review but anytime I order anything at this location they always get it wrong and then give attitude in return when you ask them to correct it. I am very respectful when I ask for what is missing and when I tell them they gave me the wrong drink they get so worked up.

Love Dunkin Donuts! But…this is the new norm. You get SIX hashrounds for $1.49! SIX…..they don’t fill the bag like they used to, you only get SIX. That’s per the manager who was very kind. Just more corporate greed. Love Dunkin though!

Ordering delivery and sending the coffee in a bag is ridiculous, the order I made this morning was completely destroyed because of this brainless act. Figure out a better method because this cost you a customer

The employee who takes orders/works the window with fake looking red haired who wears a Morgan Wallen hoodie is SO terribly rude. I can’t believe she’s been there as long as she has. She argues with customers then shuts the drive thru window in their faces. I probably won’t be back to this location because I don’t want to see her smug face again. Do better! All the other employees are great, just not her. She needs to be fired or put in the back where she has no interactions with customers. I drove ten minutes further to go to a different Dunkin after she was incredibly rude to me & another patron this morning. She needs to be let go! I also left a review with the Dunkin service line letting them know how inexcusably rude she is. Bad look.

I recently moved back to Cape Coral, and in the spirit of getting settled, I thought I’d treat myself to some Dunkin’ because who doesn’t love a coffee and a donut, right? But every time I visit this location (and I’m now on my fourth attempt), I leave feeling more like I’ve been through a test of patience than a coffee run.

It’s not that the line is long; I get it, sometimes there’s a rush, and we all have to wait our turn. What baffles me is how slow the process is. I’m currently in the drive-thru line while writing this review (20 minutes and counting), and I haven’t even made it to the order speaker yet.

There were three people inside when I drove by so it’s not that they’re overwhelmed with a full house. It’s coffee and donuts this isn’t a Michelin-star restaurant. I’m not asking for a soufflé; I just want an iced coffee and maybe a muffin.

It makes me wonder: how do businesses like this stay afloat when the basic function of a drive-thru moving cars through efficiently seems like an afterthought?

I really want to support local businesses and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this isn’t a one-off issue. It’s been consistently this slow every time I’ve visited, and I’m left wondering if I’ll make it through the line before my coffee craving turns into full-blown frustration.

Here’s to hoping for improvement because I really don’t want to give up on my Dunkin’ runs.
