Horrible service..they fill their cups with ice to the top n serves a small amount but charges a large! When u complain cause u ask 4 light ice they say that they way it should be.????

I recommend not using online order at this location as the order is sometimes not completed and you have to create a new order and pay a second time. It would be nice if it was as clean as other Dunkin' restraunts but it's usually too busy to spare someone to clean tables.

I stopped going to this location 2 years ago because they were so slow. Last week, I decide to stop and get a cup of coffee. 20 minutes later, I left vowing never to return.

The workers are terrible, they get orders wrong and have such bad attitudes! One of the worse dunkins in cape coral/fort myers. I absolutely will not be recommending this place to anyone nor going here anymore, I cant believe how rude they are here?!

I go out of my way to go to this location. They are friendly and efficient. I feel the locations closer to me could be run better, like this one.
I really wanted to blueberry .muffins but they were out. It's also difficult getting in and out of the parking

Ordered a dozen donuts at a donut store and they have none at 5:30 pm says they are open till 8 that is a serious confusion on the ability of humans and corporate America! Why have a location to not have product?

It was crowded with line moving very slow . Got 2 doz. dounut at about $1each. suspose to be filled but they should be called flavored as I couldn't find any filling.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see any
