I checked your posted hours before coming—8 PM. I arrived, place my order and settle in like I’ve done many times before. Then around 7:15 a staff member comes over with a SHARP “hey girl” (I’m an adult, by the way) and tells me she's “closing down now,” proceeds to turn the lights off, and starts mopping around me while I’m still gathering my things—in the dark confused.

What’s worse? As I’m leaving, I watch you let other customers in to order.

If you close early, say that. If you don’t want customers after a certain time, post it. But don’t pick and choose who gets service while treating others like an inconvenience.

Completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and disrespectful. I’ll gladly pay more at Starbucks for basic courtesy and competence.  Nothing close to this has ever happened while studying at Starbucks.

Very low quality food everything is frozen never fresh if you want a good breakfast sandwich there is a stuff-a-bagel right down the road in the windixie plaza they make all there food fresh. Stop feeding your self this poison

What's up with them suddenly soliciting tips at the drive thru? Usually they take you card, swipe and hand it back, now they're handing the card reader out of the window with a tip screen. I'm getting a $4 black coffee. What am I tipping for exactly?

Didnt get my order right, didnt have container for 10 items so got multiple bags. Enjoyed the fritters and bagels.

Wow - $6 meal deal bagel hard, tough with cheese dried hard onto it. Yuck! Service consists of ‘get it yourself’ approach. You’re standing there waiting and they don’t bother to hand you your order. McD’s way better!

The manager at this site should not be in any kind of Customer Service. Two weeks in a row and she just seems like a crab all the time. Very short and thinks she knows it at all. I tried to use part of a gift card that was on my app and when she scanned it, it disappeared, but she said oh no, you have to put that on your app. Well, it was gone, but when I got the receipt, it had taken it off the receipt and she couldn’t figure that out.Not sure why she has any workers actually working with her yet. I would’ve left a long time ago.Good luck.

This drive thru is THE WORST!! They are so slow! I don't know if it's because the employees are slow or if the people through the drive-thru are ordering Mega items which they should go into the store for there should be a limit otherwise you sit for quite a long while for the drive-thru!!!

Hmm out of everything bagels regularly by 11am and there open till 8pm. At 6pm they say no donuts but at the drive through you see them on the rack.
