This drive thru is THE WORST!! They are so slow! I don't know if it's because the employees are slow or if the people through the drive-thru are ordering Mega items which they should go into the store for there should be a limit otherwise you sit for quite a long while for the drive-thru!!!

Hmm out of everything bagels regularly by 11am and there open till 8pm. At 6pm they say no donuts but at the drive through you see them on the rack.

I think you guys should strongly consider hiring a whole new crew at this location I was sitting at the drive-thru speaker for 3 minutes with no cars in line with me and nobody tried to take my order

I order one thing everyday and somehow it seems to be wrong everytime, Ice coffee with cream sugar and flavor.. attempted to order food two times nothing came out right at all, order taker is in to much of a rush instead of listening to an order to put it in correctly, had to go inside after a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes because they not only had to remake my ENTIRE order but they handed out the remake to the wrong person. Then gave attitude after asking me “what am I STILL waiting for” well the order that I placed almost an hour ago 3 items…. Hash brown, bacon egg and cheese croissant, & my coffee… the meal deal that they’ve been promoting.. No actual manager on a shift and a bunch of people not knowing what they’re even doing. Rather pay the extra money and go next door to Starbucks and get what I paid for… Without an attitude as well bc they messed up 3x

By far the worst Dunkin. They messed up my drink and then blamed it on me even though the tag read correctly and was exactly what I ordered the girls didn't make it right. So instead of them fixing their mistakes and just fixing a new drink this is what I was given. To mix in with no spoon. Mind you I had a shaken espresso. There is DD all around. I would avoid this one. The new managers attitude is also super rude. I miss the old manager. She would had made things right the correct way.

Very bad service. I arrived an hour before closing time and they refused to take my order because they had already finished baking and supposedly didn't have the bread to make it. They just didn't want to work.
