Let me tell you how horrible the experience was today at this DD. Service was just awful, employees just standing around and not doing anything, and this is the loaded hash browns, it's more like a one hash brown with a few bacon bits and some cheese whiz. I will never go back and they should be ashamed to be offering this to customers. This is worse than the 11" subway footlong
I made a mobile order at 830am for a donut, munchkins, Bacon and a hash brown bowl. They had none of it. How do you have absolutely no breakfast items before 9 AM? And then the manager wanted to start yelling at one of her employees because she didn’t understand what she was saying. If I were the franchise owner, I’d fire her. 10/10 don’t recommend. Go to the one on Cape Parkway. It’s not much further and they actually have stuff

When I go here for my drink and breakfast im getting screwed one way or another, today I got a medium frozen mocha coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on toasted sour dough. The frozen mocha had no mocha at all and the sour dough had a hilarious one egg patty on it. Spent 12 bucks on a watered down drink and a sandwich thats mostly bread. Dunkin has to start implementing actually standards for their food or they’re going to keep losing when compared to starbucks
One star across the board simply because yet again, we can't seem to get served. Or, we get served a healthy dose of attitude. Blows my mind how this store is still open, judging by the attitude of the employees. We just came back from there, no service. Like, literally no service. We kept saying "Hello, hello....and the employee inside went out of his way to ignore us, turning to look only at us after we'd given up and left. They close at 7pm, we showed up at 6:35. Like, c'mon man, really?? This makes the 3rd and last time, never again. Next time, we'll try the Dunkin on Cape Coral Parkway. Heck, can't be worse than this store..... FYI, see my reviews, I've hardly ever given such a bad review but for this location, 1 star is still too much.
