I am an ex employee from Dunkin, I remember how the whole system works, and let me just say I was appalled by the staffs lack of care for the quality of product that they give people.
We order two medium iced coffees, one with two caramel swirl, two milk, two sugar. One with French vanilla, cream and sugar. Two wake up wraps and a bagel breakfast sandwich.
First they made two of the same coffees, both caramel, when I said something, she looked at me like I was an alien then walked away to make a new one. Comes back, and only put French vanilla and milk in it, but was annoyed when I said no it’s cream and sugar not milk so I took it anyway cause the attitude was already bs. It’s early in the morning I don’t got time for that.
The caramel coffee was bottom of the barrel coffee essence. Tasted gross. Both my wake up wraps were burnt. And my bagel was hard as a rock and my sausage patty was cold.
After having a craving for dunkin and having this experience, I will not be returning in the future.
I will say my son did enjoy the donut! Best part.

When we got there I ordered two orders of the loaded hashbrowns, avocado toast with no bacon and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with light ice and the lady told me she couldn’t fill it all the way up but it’s whatever but when I got to the window I paid and I drove off and realized they only gave me one order of the loaded hashbrowns, so I had to turn all the way around to get my other one and they didn’t give me any silverware for it and the lady was so disrespectful. But I drove off again and I went to open my avocado toast and there was bacon on it and I asked for no bacon. These people don’t know how to do their job don’t go here

1 star is to much. I was refused service!! My husband and I drove our electric bikes through the drive-through for six shots of espresso to bring to a dinner party. there was No one there! I figured let’s just go through the drive-through why not??? It was completely dead, about 2 o’clock in the afternoon The young gentlemen let me know he could not serve me because I was on a bike! It’s pretty insane there was nobody there except for me and my husband on our electric bikes you need to change your ways in a beach town! keep up!! What a loss!!!! Not just of a sale but, 2 customers!We went two blocks down and got six shots of espresso to go in the drive thru on my electric bike and left a great tip! I’ll continue to go there

I left my card at home, changed purses. They Would not accept my $50 for a $10 dollar order. I was so confused. I went to another Dunkin' Donuts down the street and got my items without problem and they took my money. Your customer service is poor.

I always enjoy going to this Dunkin and I've always had a good experience. Today, however, there was a bug inside my cup!!! I didn't realize until I got to work. I understand with Florida, there are always bugs but it's very important to check everything before you give it to the customer. I also had to throw the drink away. It had a horrible coffee after taste and it was a refresher which doesn't have any coffee in it. Waste of money. Not sure if I'll continue going here.

Monday morning 8:15 am on 6/16/25 store had only plain bagels no plastic cups for cold drinks. Waited 10 mins when I got there for a mobile order I placed. They were out of a ton of stuff and really disorganized. This is not covid times. Keep up to date on order stuff for store know you customers

The drive-thru is way too slow. I’ve actually had to leave my mobile order there at the restaurant because I couldn’t wait in that long line, since I had to get to work. Never had this issue at other locations
