Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The man taking my order was SO rude. He got my order wrong after me repeatedly saying it. Food was cold. These workers are trash and deserve to be fired.
I would like to give Dunkin' Donuts more points but they were dry and not that good.The coffee was excellent but go to divine donuts if you want a real good donut or my second choice would be Krispy kreme forget about Dunkin' donut they need to get with the program their their donuts are boring boring boring.

Gave me the wrong order at Drive Thru. I ordered a large coffee with espresso shot cream and sugar. Not a difficult order. I PAID ALMOST $5 What I got....large coffee with milk and stevia. The most disgusting tasting

I'd give a O star if they had it. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese , please see the picture of how much cream cheese they put on each one of them. I went back to complain, they offered to reluctantly and rudely replace the bagels and showed me the small packet they put on each bagel, it was no where that amount. As I got the new bagels, I asked for an extra cream cheese and the obnoxious manager (Kelly) yelled out, that's an up charge for that! I told her I just drove 10 minutes because of the outrageous, unacceptable service and product sold. I had to argue for a little tiny packet of cream cheese. This store is awful and if I can find the name of the new owner, I will inform them as well. This review will go on every site I can find, if the manager,Kelly,had been a single bit gracious, I would have just accepted a replacement and left.

Under new management and the staff there is great. I'll drive past two or three to come to this DD. Finally a DD that gets the food and drink orders correct and is fast every time!

Ordered a Toasted bagel got a non toasted cut in half bagel with about a butter knife spread of cream cheese...
Great hard working people. I feel bad for people who wrote bad reviews. They must hate life and not value service. Love this place, great people even better service.

We go every week and enjoy being there but employees sit in the three chairs near the window and talk on there hone and visit with friends. We think they should give up seats for customers and do there socializing some where else. They are sometimes very loud.
