I come to this Dunkin from time to time as I use to work here, never had any complaints until today, I worked at Dunkin for almost 7 years so I know how Dunkin standards work and what is expected and the order I received was not Dunkin standards, the bagel twist was ridiculously long and stretched out to where it was given to me broken in half and it wasn't soft and fluffy like it should have been, more so crunchy and hard. Definitely not happy with the food, don't even get me started on the packaging. I have been ordering bagel twist for a while now and I know how they're suppose to be packaged properly, not thrown in a bag without napkins and a knife, how am I suppose to put on my veggie cream cheese? Very disappointing.

Went through the drive through and they had blocked the ordering window, pull around to the front and one of the five employees runs to the door, sobbing, locking the door so customers can’t come in
. They’re open but will tell you to leave they’re hiding in the back like you can’t see them through the all glass store front.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over a decade. Let me tell you, this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in SWFL. I come to this location roughly once a month, and the experience is always the same. The employees are half a*s. Ordered a wake up wrap? You’re lucky if the meat is attached to the tortilla. The employees often take a long time to ask for your order and rarely sound friendly. I get it, you didn’t grow up wanting to be a Dunkin employee, but you work in service. The employees here do their job in a “check the box” fashion instead of “great customer experience” fashion. This starts at the top. Whoever the owner is should consider selling or hiring competent leadership that will drive improvement. Moving forward, I’ll take my service 15 min north to the Pine Island location where I at least know the service won’t be minimal.

Worst location ever. I went there yesterday to order a mocha frozen coffee and they ran out of mocha. They told me they only had peppermint mocha. Today I went again and they told me the same thing. This is the store that I ALWAYS go. I’m so disappointed because this shouldn’t happen to customers at all. They should be more responsible for making the orders on time and not wait until they are low or ran out to turn customers away.

Leave a review at least they’re consistent. Consistently slow I can put in a mobile order and wait over 20 minutes while I’m there after at least 10 minute drive to get there then speak to an employee only to be ignored and make somebody else before mine. Corporate please help this place.

Well here is my take on this particular Dunkin Donut , we are regulars here, sometimes there on point other days are not so good where you either get wrong order or you’re waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee and have to pull into the parking lot, I observed there was 4 to 5 cars of us just waiting for coffee.. We also took notice that when Yvonne is working things seem more organized and she sure can multitask quickly, effectively with a smile and brief conversation, and Guido who is at the drive thru window , no matter how busy he keeps a smile and he is the coffee runner to the lot , but when you ask him what’s going on , he has a big smile , brief , correct response with a “ Have a good Day “ remember your staff is a reflection of the supervisor , so when your young staff is lacking , always resort back to supervisor this reflects on you .. I was a supervisor, train your staff up , including how to have people interactions , skills , paying attention in fast paced work environment, how to work as a team , and make your work place environment a place where you want to come to work ..” Train the Trainer “

Love Jennifer mgr.. Bethany & a nice young man.. always make my items perfectly, but when they're not there woman with brown hair up with tattoo is rude & incompetent.. I always tip but last experience she refused to help with the app etc. I was going to order 5 $6.00 meals for workers at my home & a 14 day sips promo w a purchase 4 myself. She couldn't & wouldn't help me. Left 2 visit on answering machine at location. No callback or resolution to my problem. Have not been back.. sadly

We were in last week and ordered a medium hot and cold macchiato, we got two cold. Hubby walked back in and it was corrected but we were in a hurry and his time was wasted. Our order clearly stated one hot one cold

I’m not really one to file a complaint but the way this location did me was foul. I asked for a green goddess wrap and a pumpkin ice coffee. I was on my way to school and didn’t notice until I got on the bridge that not only did my coffee tasted nothing like pumpkin but my wrap was completely frozen. Like actually frozen. I had to go to the location off Colonial to ask if it was possible to get it rewarmed and thankfully, they were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. After this, I highly doubt I’ll come back to this location. Save your money.

I'm a delivery driver and each time I go crew is not friendly and they never acknowledge me even coming in which I thought was part of customer service greeting your customers not here don't know who's been writing those other reviews.
