The worse dunkin I have ever been to! I placed a timed pick up order several hours in advance. I get there and my order is not there. I told the manger to cancel it on my phone because it was not yet charged and it was not ready and I had already been waiting for several minutes. Instead she put the order through and said it was ready. I waited 15 minutes more and the order never came out. The store was a chaotic mess. I had to leave without the order because I was late for the event and they had the audacity to charge my credit card for an order i never received. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a medium blend coffee through doordash and was never even put in the bag

I went into the dunkin' donuts 11/12 at 6:35am The music is blaring the employees cannot hear customers put orders in. You have to repeat yourself three or four times for the employee to hear you.
After ordering my food two to three times the order still came out incorrect.
The music is very inappropriate for dunkin' donuts and it's not company issued it's on Alexa or iPad.
And please God forsaken fix the squeaky door.
This is the only Dunkin in Cape Coral that I like , I know Dunkin is known for getting orders wrong but they almost always get my order how I asked for
This place has gone down hill quickly. They moved the amazing manager to another store and the new manager is condescending and has no control over the store. He calls everyone “Love”. 25-35 minutes at least for a mobile order. They will clear the store out three times before you get one drink. The staff yell at each other because they are all so frustrated with the chaos. Twice in the last 7 days I’ve had to leave and come back to get my kids to school on time. When I expressed my frustration to the new manager her told me to drop the attitude as the staff are yelling at each other. It’s so unprofessional that these young kids working there are more kind than the manager who is clearly in over his head. I hope they can get a handle on the store so I can change this review to something more positive.

Avoid this Dunkin. The staff here is spiteful, and blatantly disregards any order detail you'll have for your drink. It's clear they don't care about their customers.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this Dunks. I placed a mobile order at 7:55a and I’m still here at 8:18a and watching them make it now after I said something. Tickets were spitting out of the machine for mobile orders and they didn’t notice. That’s insane. There are about a handful of others waiting with me.

Service is terrible, pulled onto the drive through line and noticed it was backed up. Decided to get off the line to go into the store to see if my order was ready and nothing was visible to see if it was ready, and no one was helping at all, with only 3 people in the store including myself. Heard a worker ask if I was there and no one answered so i answered that I was and still continued waiting. More time goes by and my food is ready but was pushed to the side by the worker. Worker claimed to be short staffed but had about 4 people doing the same job, they really need to know how to spread out and do different positions when necessary. Lots of places are short staffed but still run better than this store.

Hi this is David,
On Oct 4th 2025 at 8:50am i put my order in at the Dunkin Donuts establishment store #341662 the woman at the drive thru took my order and as i waited after i paid for my food she then told me to pull up at the edge of the drive thru so i did I then waited countless minutes for my food as drivers were beeping for me to move as i was just doing what I was told from the drive thru attendant. I then proceeded to go into the store after i waited and waited i seen people that walked in and walked out with their food. The same drive thru attendant then hands me a bag after asking what was going on with my food I ordered she then handed me a bad with cold food and smushed up potatoes. I told the manager Nicole at that point if she could remake it and she then got attitude with me and started to say she was so busy which that was in-correct I’ve seen Dunkin Donuts busy that to me was poorly managed establishment with many employees that were working at the time. You could also review the camera if they do not believe me but it was a very horrible experience. That Manager Nicole should not be managing any establishment in the food service industry.

Not very friendly. Only one in line, employees all walking by, no one said hello. The donuts have barely any icing on them. Will not go again

Unprofessional, MANAGER and two other team members speaking/yelling at the same time through the microphone drive thru. All because I wanted to order one munchkin for my child instead of three. Saying I couldn’t do that. Manager pulled computer system out saying I couldn’t do that, didn’t even want to compromise or price match. Team memebers laughing in the back and yelling Maya team member horrible service and manners.

My son had to come there today around 1:30 pm to do a Zoom college class before his high school bowling match in the Cape. He's a dual enrollment student. This was carefully planned by me to make sure he had somewhere safe to sit and do this class as we don't live in the Cape.
He said this employee, he believes was the manger, was on a Zoom herself speaking so loudly that with 2 ear buds in and volume up all the way, he could not hear his professor. Instead he spent his time listening to a Dunkin employee bad mouth other employees on a Zoom call.
