Very nice employees. Festive fun atmosphere. Great service. My grandaughter's favorite tradition. Strawberry sprinkles donuts and chocolate milk. For me the coffee always fresh and delicious!

9 am, no donuts available, ordered hot sandwiches and hash browns. Both were cold. We both got a few hash browns each. Drink came out after meal and after we went up to ask for it. Went here because it's closest to our house. We wont be back.

The morning shift during the week is pathetic, espeially the one lady who has a gravel voice, who smokes outside. They never fill a coffee cup up to even close to the top. Prices keep going up, why fill a cup 3/4 full. Worst DD in SWFL

Because it was 3pm there weren't fresh donuts. I bought a dozen anyway and regretted it.
We waited awhile for service even though there were 3 employees there.
The coffee was unsweetened and bitter even though it was supposed to be sweet.

They allways send the hashbrowns like that , i had to ask for extra cheese because they always do this and guess what ?? This is the extra ... didnt even got coffee !! Why ?? Because you ask for sugar and cream and they just ignore and dont do it !!!! This is a NO GO DUNKING .. FOR SURE !! 🤬

Arrived at 10am. Waited about 8-10 cars deep in drive thru line which never moved in ten minutes. Parked and went inside. Third person in line to order. After another 15 minutes, never acknowledged by staff, my order was not taken. Left and will not return. This sadly is not the first time at this location. Went to south location. Three cars back and had my food within 5 minutes. Get your act together!

Here are some issues with they need to address. Have more staff in early morning shift, incredibly slow at the most important time.
Fill the coffee to the top. If you’re paying $3.75 for a coffee, the least you could do is fill the cup the whole way.
Stop asking if we want expresso in the coffee.
Make more coffee instead of filling it with cream, again not prepared in the early shift.

This location, which had been performing well for several months, has gone WAY downhill again! Whether my coffee will be hot is always a guess. Most days, they have run out of donuts and Munchkins and muffins by 11am-noon, and an employee confided in me that the manager doesn’t order enough baked goods, (they aren’t baked there), and doesn’t care. This employee explained that morale is low, it is a revolving door of unhappy and unreliable employees, and that nobody cares anymore. Very disappointed. Again…

It was sad to see and hear how a lady who works at this mistreated and insulted a Latino, sending him to study English. The poor man left without understanding and never knew all the insults that the lady with a flower stuck in her neck said to him.
