This location, which had been performing well for several months, has gone WAY downhill again! Whether my coffee will be hot is always a guess. Most days, they have run out of donuts and Munchkins and muffins by 11am-noon, and an employee confided in me that the manager doesn’t order enough baked goods, (they aren’t baked there), and doesn’t care. This employee explained that morale is low, it is a revolving door of unhappy and unreliable employees, and that nobody cares anymore. Very disappointed. Again…

This place is great, food is always fresh - I just wish you would remember to finish the Caramel Craze Signature latte. I’ve mobile ordered it 3x and it never has the whip, caramel drizzle or cinnamon sugar. If I wanted a plain latte, I’d order one - other than that you all rock 🤘

Ok, let me get this started. FIRST OF ALL, we ordered some donuts, a coffee and some hash browns. The lady told us to wait a minute. After 15 MINUTES OF WAITING, the person said that they are out of the donuts. I told them to just give us the hash browns and the coffee. AND THEN, the person at the driveway said, with HIGH AMOUNT OF ATTITUDE “I hope your day gets better”. I had no problems with this Dunkin’ Donuts, but you will soon be receiving a call from us. Shame on you, Dunkin.

Most mornings I come to this Dunkin and I am pleased with the customer service I receive from the older lady working at the Drive-Thru window! She is extremely nice! Although, today was very disappointing and I honestly just felt disrespected by the Drive-Thru Lady. She was the one with the brown ponytail and two black star pimple patches on her face. She was downright rude and had not a care about anything! She had a terrible attitude as well and a person like this should not at all be in customer service.
