I just had the worst experience ever! I ordered a medium ice coffee. The was no line in the drive thru (surprisingly) . It was just me I waited for 5 minutes the cashier did not told me my total, did not came to acknowledge me to the window. She was in the back cleaning some pans . I knocked on the window she didn’t came, she just stay cleaning the pan. I knocked again and she came with the worst attitude. She told me “Don’t do that again it’s rude” so I told her “and ignoring your customers isn’t rude?” She closed the window again, then came back (without the coffee) and told me “well it’s just me”. I totally get it but the store wasn’t busy at all, and I think customers need to come before cleaning, she still didn’t do my coffee to this point ! At the end I didn’t get the coffee because it didn’t look right. I don’t think she should be working customer service. Really bad attitude. Waste 13 minutes just sitting and asking for a coffee that I was going to pay!

aLast weekend I used the drive-thru ordered different breakfast options. When I check I side my bags.. I was missing one empanada, one sandwich and hash brown. I went inside the store to explain what happened. A young associate take care of my situation in a very professional and friendly way. Then I other person Mrs Clara ( assistant manager) came out asking me for my receipt. Asked if I pay for this or that. She was very rude. Miss Clara questioned my reputation. When I am a daily customer and both my family and employees shop at that location. We bought from that location because of its excellent customer service. I think Clara has an opportunity to learn and grow. Improve as a leader and future manager. That's the only thing I see.

I've been coming to this Dunkin almost everyday for the past couple of years now. At first it was because of my peach passionfruit refresher obsession, but now it's truly because of the team that works here. I love starting out my mornings with Mike, Margie, and the rest of the team! They're always so kind and make me laugh in our short interactions at the drive thru window. Love them!

If you guys are only going to fill a drink half way, then only charge half price. This is ridiculous. A cappuccino doesn't have 1/2 foam in it, so by the time it gets to who it's going to, it looks half drank without being touched. I also ordered 2 cream in my very simple iced coffee and got 4... there was NOBODY else in line or in the store. Yall need to pay better attention to the customer instead of the conversations you're having with each other.

Paid over $7 for 8 small pieces of bacon. Mind you wasn't even cooked to all the way. Did not have any seasoning. I could of went and bought a whole pack of bacon for that cost. Because I still had to come home and cook it myself, it was Cold, it probably made it a 5 o'clock this morning. I prefer fresh bacon if I'm gonna pay 350 for 4 pieces of Mini bacon.. I would never go back to this location. And it's sad because it's very close to my house.

It’s been almost a year and they still don’t have a menuSince the hurricane makes no sense, they could even a written one on cardboard and a laminated it everything looks like the hurricane still hit the place when you drive through up above, and then they had a huge tree that uprooted it could’ve been saved, and it got all chopped up like so ridiculous. Fix your freaking menu on the drive-through QuickLink being lazy.

Went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Cape Coral pkwy near chiquita. Not much of a selection in donuts, went there at 8 in the morning. No long John’s for grandkids. I bought a dozen donuts and everyone of them where stale! We threw away the entire box. Never will go back there
