Very nice service but I had to wait over 20 minutes for one drink I got a strawberry dragon fruit refresher and it had no dragon fruit in it and was VERY watered down but very little ice probably due to sitting and melting the employees were nice and apologized for the wait I was just disappointed in the drink itself it was like my drink sat there while I was waiting for 2 customers in front of me I wish they would of waited to make it is all *ps I went through the drive through*

Sharina, who I'm assuming was the manager or the training lead, was yelling at a new worker for not knowing her station. The girl in training accepted her rude criticism and moved forward with helping us with our order. The trainee had better communication than the manager. All of this at 10 am while the others workers are obviously bothered and the catastrophizing if the situation by the manager clearly disrupted the entire teams workflow. Horrible manager

I got frozen drinks, which were absolutely delicious, and donuts, which they had very little selection variety. I seem to be almost a nuisance to the people who were working there. They did take time out of their busy day to help me.
My go to for a coffee stop, no matter the location. Staff is almost always friendly and our order is almost always correct. Thank you for almost always providing a great experience.

The staff at this Dunkin' location consistently deliver exceptional service with remarkable attention to detail, accuracy, and a positive attitude. Every visit has been met with courteous and efficient employees who ensure orders are correct and timely.
However, there is a significant oversight: the card payment system does not include an option to tip. The hardworking team here absolutely deserves recognition for their effort, and this limitation prevents customers from expressing their appreciation appropriately.
We hope this issue can be addressed soon to better support the excellent staff.
