Everytime I come here it’s a problem, today I came inside and got 2 lattes and they were literally white - way too much milk so I asked for more espresso and the lady in the drive through decided to intervene and tell them to charge me for the espresso - if they would have made it right the first time it wouldn’t have needed extra espresso ! KATIE needs to mind her business and worry about what’s going on the drive through - xoxox

I will not be returning to this location again. It’s handy because it’s next to Home Depot. Go to the one on pondella road NFM!cleanliness here was absolutely shocking. The drink making station was truly a shame. 0/10 cleanliness!Also the service here is incredibly slowSend a regional manager here for a review!

Just like a fast food place. Pretty consistent on the coffees. I'd say I'm a regular,I get the same things mostly every time. There have been a few times in the afternoon when I go and the egg wraps are hot on the outside but the egg itself is still cold which is pretty aggravating! They do seem to run out of the popular donuts which makes no sense if you sell out of them why not make more on your busy days....

They just did a cleanup of their store. Drive thru employees are good. Friendly. If there's something wrong with order. They don't give an attitude. They'll fix the issue. Prices are comparable to the other Dunkin on Rt 41
