If I could I would give this place a 0 star. These people cannot ever get your order right, and when you pull up they tell you to pull around to a parking spot so that their time for each order doesn’t go over otherwise they get in trouble through corporate. Then once you’re parked they refuse to give you your food. I only go here for my kids because they like their hashbrowns. I will never return to this store even though it’s less than a mile from me.

This location is going downhill fast. after getting multiple wrong orders or my drink made wrong in the last few weeks today was the last straw and I won’t be coming back. I ordered a Maple sugar bacon sandwich and they were out of croissants so I said plain bagel is fine and when I pulled the sandwich out of the bag it felt like a piece of rock when I unwrapped it they had burned the bagel to a crisp. I work from home so it’s not like I can just go back to replace it. Never going back again.

Most of the time everything is near perfect at this DD location. One of the better locations. But today, someone was just not paying attention. My sausage egg and cheese wrap looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. Came out of the wrapper exactly as pictured. Very disappointed. 10/23/24 AM.

I placed a mobile order. Picked it up. It was hot instead of iced so they remade it original instructions no whip cream. They put whip cream on. It handed it to me with an attitude. Customer service stinks. They act like they don’t want to be there working they’re just collecting a paycheck. Hire people who have more personality please. I will not be coming back to this one.

I went to Dunkin this AM and the experience was extremely less than pleasant. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. After 15 min, I received the sandwich and when I asked about the coffee, I was told it would be another 20 min or so. After waiting another 20, it still wasn’t ready… I just ordered an iced coffee with almond milk.

I will never be returning

My boyfriend and I dine in and always order coffee and donuts. The staff works hard to keep the customers happy and to keep the orders going. This is our favorite plavlce to get coffee in the mornings.

They remade my coffee for me but initially they’re making iced coffees with granulated sugar. Nobody wants to chew on sugar while drinking their coffee. When I ask for liquid sugar at other locations they say “we always put liquid sugar in cold coffees”. Let’s get all locations on the same page! :) thanks!

I guess I finally need to leave a review about this store location. Quite a few times this year I have purchased DD Midnight. Many times I had to take it back because it was so over brewed to the point that it was so bitter and I couldn't drink it. The managers were nice enough to replace it. This includes yesterday. TODAY, October 1st, I go buy a decaf and the sour faced girl serving me at the window at 12:40 pm hands me "warm" coffee. One can feel the cup and KNOW it is not hot. She did it twice and wasn't even friendly about it. It took the 3rd cup to make it right. They obviously aren't being taught how to make the coffee. I hadn't gone in over a month and then when I do, It's same thing.

Worker told my husband “ you need to shut that child up!” In the drive thru because my toddler was sick and upset snd they were trying to get his favorite food. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
