Door dash should not supersede the customers in your store. The fact the we waited 30 minutes to get food this morning is atrocious. Maybe hiring a few less half baked staff may speed up your service. Just awful. And the cashier is rude as hell. Lazy Shannon.

Very busy Dunkin. They did not staff appropriately. Waited too long for coffee. There was one employee just sitting there with nothing to do, expediting, when she should have been helping with making coffees

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! We waited 27 mins past our order completion for 4 donuts, 2 hasbrowns, and a large frozen chocolate. They got us our drink n hasbrowns in 10 minutes and we waited another 17 for our 4 donuts whilst they gave somebody their munchkins, two uber eats/ DoorDash/ whatever th FOUR DOZEN DONUTS!!! And when I told the lady we were still waiting on our donuts she gave us sass and loudly sighed and said “everybody is waiting on donuts”. Not coming back to this location. We have it three shots. Almost every time I go here, even if the drive through is empty, me and any cars in front of me have to wait at the speaker for 3+ minutes before someone talks to you to take your order. Then when you actually get the coffee, it’s almost never full and has at least 1.5 to 2 inches of space from the lid. And that’s even if the order is right. Multiple times I’ve had to go inside after going through the drive through in order to get my drink remade, and almost always get attitude from the workers and ignored for several minutes before they acknowledge or help you. The food is also always hard as a rock. Not good. Seriously needs a change in staff and management.

Second time mobile order was not started until I arrived, was asked if I had a mobile order then “ok I’ll start the drinks now” NOPE horrible service, slap in the face? I was handed a drink with 1.5” of room, not even a full coffee for $4.50? NAH! Corporate will be hearing about it, when I voiced my concern the team lead wanted to be snippy and offer excuses rather than solutions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION PLENTY OF BETTER OTHER DUNKINS WITHIN A FEW MILES!!!
