We absolutely LOVE this place! We eat here 2-3 times per week. All of the servers are incredibly friendly and even teach you a little Spanish, if you wish.The hostess, Melissa is amazing! She’s always got a great big smile and is warm, inviting and great with kids!When you dine here, ask for Sharon. She’s WONDERFUL! Just a lil ray of sunshine, on top of her tables and provides exceptional service!

Tonight my meal was terrible chimichanga was soggy . sat over on bar side because place was extremely busy. I have never had a bad meal in all the years going there.
The place looked small from the outside- but it was really nice. I liked the ambiance. The staff were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait to be seated. Parking can be an issue as there are several other restaurants in close proximity. I got the machuacana quesadilla but they made it vegetarian. The portions are huge you will definitely need a to go box. I like the rice as well. It didn’t taste salty; seasoning was well balanced. Sharon was the waitress that assisted me. She was very nice and patient as I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get especially when you have restrictions. They do not have happy hour but it’s still a cool place for all.Vegetarian options: There is a small section on the back for vegetarian options but they can alter the regular meals to make it vegetarian as well. The meal I got was contained meat but they were able to make it vegetarian for me.

We have gotten take out from El Tarasco several times now and each time the food is delicious! The portions are perfect, pricing is great and the staff are helpful. Definitely one of our go-tos for Mexican food!

The food was good, but the service was bad. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for the bill while the staff was casually chatting and laughing with each other. I enjoyed the tableside guacamole that was not made by the table. They also refused to serve coffee that listed on the menu. "No coffee."

The salsa tasted like canned tomato sauce. The chips were pretty bad. The tamale seemed authentic, but it was covered in mole sauce, so you couldn't really taste it. The fresh guacamole (upcharge) wasn't made from newly cut avocados and was drenched in salt and lime to keep it from turning brown and freshen it up. You couldn't detect the taste of avocado at all. The margaritas were okay but were pretty weak. The waitress luckily lost our main course order, and we headed to a different restaurant.
