Slow Service, Flat Drinks, and Just Okay Food
It took forever to get a simple sandwich, and when it finally came out, the quality was pretty average. The drinks were flat, which didn’t help the experience. The place seemed understaffed, and from a service standpoint there wasn’t much attention given to customers. Overall, not up to expectations.

they close at 10pm i tried to go in at 9:50 and they locked the doors and stared at me from inside. it was a girl with dyed red hair.

Got my order completely wrong and what I did get taste like bad dog food. Actually would not even give it to a dog. Plus when I called they were rude about it. Not sure if this is all firehouse but cape coral location is horrible. Worst food I have ever gotten. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THEM. Unless you just want yo throw away money. Thanks for ruining my dinner and wasting money. Have to order something else now. Google does not have a negative rating that even fits my review

Horrible, i’m never coming back to this one! i waited for 30 minutes for 1 singular sandwich that had no modifications on it just xtra sauce, they just decided that they weren’t going to make it because my sister got the same thing!! and this isn’t the first time that they’ve done this, i’ve had hair in my food from this location as well, don’t go to this firehouse!!!
