Five Guys Pine Island Rd. 6-12-24
We had to stop by Five Guys as I was Hungry for a burger and some fresh cut fries. Walked in around 12:15 on a Wednesday and got waited on right away by Ryan. The first thing I noticed was he had a bead guard on, so I knew food sanitation was priority one. The place was clean and neat with bags of potatoes stacked in order. This inconsistency with the fries is really frustrating. Sometimes a small order fills a whole bag, and other times it's barely enough to fill a small cup. Tonight, I paid $5 for what felt like 20 fries, which is ridiculous. I don’t want to come home starving and find out I don’t have what I expected based on previous orders. Please be consistent so I know what I’m getting every time.
